Came here after my luggage was damaged by Icelandair handlers. First luggage assessment Then they will issue report in 2 working days to be submitted. U can take luggage home, all done in 15 min.

Was in Singapore for just a day on a crew layover. Store - Ms.Jenny was so polite/helpful/eager to show the products and more importantly, patient! I had a wonderful experience buying the luggage harness for my classic and original cabins. I saw almost every staff member smiling and actively moving around the store. Thanks Jenny! Client care centre on 1st floor - Did a walk-in with my 8yr old Rimowa pilot for wheels and lock issue. Paul attended promptly, was helpful and delivered back very fast. Thanks Paul! Plz keep up the good customer experience that I had today. 🫡

I experienced superb Customer Service during my visit to have my 6 yr old luggage wheels replaced one day before a last minute trip out. I called up in advance to ensure that they have the stock before heading down and was given a waiting time of 1 hour. Went off to have a coffee after dropping off the luggage and received a notification when it was done. Bliss!

This is Wonderful & Efficient Service ! I had only few hours in Singapore. Went to the service center at 1PM. Needed a lock to be fixed & Stitches to be repaired They were quite busy on a Monday afternoon but my request was attended to and suitcase was ready by the Evening same day. Staff was so helpful & Professional. Great after sales care 👏. Makes me so happy about the Brand !

Excellent seamless after sales service experience. They could tell my luggage was still under warranty by the serial number. Not only did they address my concerns, they also offered to fix some other damages. Same day collection, they estimated a 1 to 2 hour wait but I managed to get the retrieval email within the hour. No charges as it was all under warranty. 10/10 will repurchase RIMOWA again for their after sales service.

Repair centre was professional and replaced our faulty lock in less than one hour. Fantastic and well done. It's speculation and totally unsound statistically but I suspect the newer models after rimowa was bought over in 2016 seem to form majority of the faulty luggage there. I could be wrong but definitely think twice b4 you spend on those polycarb models.

Friendly and professional front desk gentlemen Impressed!! Replaced 2 locks of RIMOWA TOPAS MW 53, done in 1 hour (opted for different colour lock as orginal locks need to wait 6 weeks) Tip: email rimowa service centre contact to check before heading down to service centre. call maybe busy to answer , but no fret email them or walk in (with the expectation it may not be solved instantly)

Bought my Bolero one and a half years ago in Hong Kong and have put it through constant use as I travel weekly. The handle got stuck on one side and I brought it in to the service center to get fixed. No questions asked apart from verifying the guarantee card. Told me to come back in 1/2 hr. When I came back, the handle was replaced with a brand new part, and they also noticed my wheels had gone through substantial mileage and replaced them as well. Didn't ask for the wheels to be replaced yet they took the initiative. The centre had comfortable seats, bottled water and a coffee/tea machine. Just like going to get my car serviced... except I didn't have to pay a cent because it was covered under Rimowa's 5 year international warranty. Great luggage... even greater service. You deserve more than 5 stars Rimowa Singapore... Thank you!

Fantastic service. Needed a couple of rivets replacing after my case was banged. They repaired it in ten minutes, no appointment needed. This level of service is a key reason why Rimowa is the luggage brand to have.
