owner was super nice :') can't believe he let us bring the carpet home to test out how it looks against our floor. didn't buy it in the end as it still wasn't the ideal design we were looking but, really appreciated his service hence writing this review!

I purchased the Malachite rug from Nasser and team. I am very pleased with the rug, it is of good quality and fits very nicely in my new home. The customer service from Nasser and his team were exceptional. Everyone was extremely helpful, responsive and friendly - even the employee who helped roll out/set up and deliver the rug to my home was a delight!
