A. L.I started my Sehat journey on 9 January 2023. Amazed by the variety and taste. I did not expect the meals to be very nice because usually, Healthy food = average taste but Sehat Kitchen proved me wrong. They are also flexible, since I do not eat red meat, they replaced red meat with fish / chicken / seafood. I am very grateful that I found Sehat Kitchen. I do not need to worry much about what I should eat and I do not need to wonder if I am eating too much or too little. Sehat Kitchen takes care of my meals now so I stay worry-free, healthy and I could focus more on other matters.
A. S. S.I find it a huge relieve to find such a service that is both Halal and healthy. Not to mention that the meals taste fantastic as well. Been searching for a healthy food subscription service like this for quite a while now and Sehat ticks all the checkboxes. Great service.
