My favourite lighting shop!! Been buying from them for more then 5 years. Never failed on their product nor services. The recent purchase was a chandelier n a ceiling fan. Was served by Emily. She was very helpful n answered my many questions patiently. Even though I changed my preference many times she still served me with a smiling face. The technician who arrived to fix the light n fan was very professional as well. He put up the lights n fan pretty quickly n clean too. Definitely will go back there again for all my future purchases. Very Happy Shopping experience ☺️

I think this is the best lighting shop in Singapore. The lady boss is very helpful and honest. Reliable and know how to recommend suitable products. Haha.. She is very patient too 😄. SLH demonstrated service at its finest. I came in sharing that I have a faulty ceiling fan. The staff immediately shared I should try calling the service centre of the particular brand, and make a decision based on the cost of the possible repair. Most other places would have jumped at saying it's better to buy a new unit immediately, instead of what they did. Furthermore they had excellent product knowledge. Not only do they know their current product and it's variations, they know about some other product we bought about 9 years ago. Never once were they pushy to close a sale. Listened to understand our needs and gave suggestions. They are an excellent example of how great retail service is. Nominate for best retail award !

Sembawang Lighting House made replacing and making the lights in my house match so easy! I was able to order what I wanted online (their website is very informative with measurements and views of the products) and then set up for an electrician to install them in a couple of days. I replaced 9 lights in my house to make them LED to save electricity and replace old, oxidized fixtures. Thank you so much, and also to Mr. Choong, the electrician for installing 9 lights in an hour! I'll be back to get my dated chandeliers replaced sometime in the future.

Very prompt service from this place. My lights was spoiled the night before I contacted them, so it was urgent for me to change the lights otherwise I have to spend the night in dark again. I contacted them in the next morning, explained to them my situation, and they managed to arrange a same day slot to fix my lights. I contacted a few other vendors in the morning, and they couldn’t even provide me with same day slots. And the good thing is they provide lights as well, so they can fix it on the same trip! Some other vendors even told me that the first trip is to check on the issue, then second trip is to fix (imagine how long will that take!). The prices of the lights are pretty affordable in my view too.
