I cant never imagine i can make so many pretty and useful bags and punches for myself and friends! Class is so much fun and I enjoyed every single lesson with Instructor Benny and Auntie Feng Xia! They are very patient, friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend this course to everyone who got interest in sewing, you would love it as much as I do!

Attended the beginner bag sewing class with Sew Fun and it was sew fun (pun intended)! The classes are beginner-friendly and well-paced, the difficulty of the sewing project each week increases slightly from the previous. It was therapeutic to focus on sewing for 3 hours and not think of anything else and of course it's also a plus that we get to own a new bag every week 😉 By the last lesson I was able to complete a complex sewing project under the guidance of Benny and Auntie Meilian who have been super patient with me. Strongly recommend this course to anyone interested to pick up a new skill 👍

Both of us have just completed 10 lessons on the Beginner Bag Package sewing class. We have the opportunities sewing many bags, pouches and a pair of Daddy's shorts under the guidance and professional sharing from the instructors. We have great fun while learning various sewing skills and techniques. We are thankful to the instructors, Phoebe, Auntie MeiLian and Liza, they showed much patience, very friendly and helpful. Went for the beginner sewing class, 10 sessions of 3-hour class. Lessons were well planned - beginning with simple sewing projects, and gradually advanced to more complicated ones with different sewing skills/ techniques introduced each lesson. Benny and Auntie FengXia were fantastic instructors, patient and approachable. Without the instructors, I don't think we would be able to finish all the sewing projects on our own 😅 Most importantly, the class was always full of laughter and FUN. Highly recommend SEW FUN to anyone who is keen in sewing 😀👍

I have already done the beginners foundations class and the picnic dress class and they have both been great classes! The beginners foundations is very well designed so that you learn a lot of different techniques and you come out of each class with a finished project. The picnic dress was great and has made me confident in my ability to keep learning how to make apparel. Have already signed up for even more classes.

It’s so fun learning @Sew Fun! The bright, spacious sewing studio makes the learning comfortable, and the supportive trainers, Benny & Li Peng, make the learning accessible & interesting. They have designed our class well too - we leave every class having made something, despite starting with zero experience (a pouch, a pencil case, a tote bag, a reversible tote bag, etc.) and that really boosts our confidence and motivation! In short, well designed classes/content, supportive trainers, and a conducive environment make Sew Fun a great place to learn all things sewing!

My interest in seeing has been rekindled after completing the basic bag module! There’s ample guidance and close supervision. Very good and creative projects. I have learnt a lot from the Beginner class. The instructor Phoebe and Benny were very patience with the students. I like the sharing of learning from the mistake. Although I must admit the first 5 lessons were very stressful as I tends to try to catch up (every week, we need to complete 1 project), but as my sewing skills improved, I finally felt better at the 6th lessons onward. My feedback to the Sew Fun, it might be better if the first 5 lessons, to go slow until we mastered certain sewing skills. Perhaps might be worth to considering having a longer session (i.e 12 weeks instead of 10 weeks). Thanks a lot!

Main instructor Benny with assistant aunty Fong Xia patiently walked us through the various projects that seems so difficult to accomplish but all of us managed to complete and were proud of our final products. Just completed 10 lessons of Basic Sewing Class bag sewing and rekindled my interest in sewing (found it to be a very useful functional skill to have!) Class instructors Phoebe, Liza & aunty Mei Lian were patient and very encouraging and made the class really fun & enjoyable and I felt so accomplished that I signed up for additional 4 lessons on sewing of apparel ( Everyday top/ shift dress ) this time with Marilyn as instructor and she is awesome too .. she explains the steps really well and ensures that we understood the steps well .. she went the extra mile & allow us to design & sew dress of our choice & took great pains to help up make adjustments to the standard sample bodice .. I Highly recommend class to anyone who is interested to pick up a new skill even if you have zero prior knowledge or experience…
