Framed a large painting for $120. Add canvas stretching of $75. Reasonably priced. They advised me on the frame design, which in hindsight I felt was very good advice. Frame had a few nicks and scratches, but not very noticeable. Hence the 4 stars

I haven’t framed yet... but they met me while I was trying to fit in some artwork I bought at the art fair and couldn’t get in the car 🤣 they were so kind to offer delivery to my home, charged reasonably and delivered within few hours. They were also very good following up with change since they didn’t have it with them when they delivered. I had a very good experience as a customer - certainly gave me confidence to come back. Got a number of frames (over 20) made by them for our Association. They were very reasonable and did an excellent job of the framing. In addition, they arranged for delivery and installation. Extremely courteous and prompt service. Will surely recommend them.

My partner had a fall outside the laundry next door yesterday and the staff from SGFrames was kind enough to proactively come out and give us an a alcohol wipe to help clean the graze, he also offered some plasters but we already had those. I can't speak to the quality of the frames but the staff was very proactive and kind to us even though we were not customers - thanks a lot.

Spectacular work, and very reasonable prices. Made me exactly what I wanted, and it was done fast. I came in with a strange request: frame a Go board. But it was done beautifully, and just as I had asked. Great attention to detail. Proprietor was helpful and friendly. I will be going back for sure.

Initial correspondence via email was slow and calling the hotline wasn't helpful. Once I got in contact via WhatsApp, communication moved faster. Turnaround time for framing was faster than they initially informed (took 5 working days instead of 7 working days). Overall a pleasant experience.

I’ve used SG Frames twice now, once to frame treasured hand drawings that were years old with beautiful gold frames and the second time to have canvas stretched. Reasonable pricing, during pickup at chinatown the staff patiently helped me wrapped and bagged the frames up (I brought my own bubble wrap and tote bag for additional protection, the frames were already wrapped in cellophane plastic by the shop itself)
