Excellent service by Angeline. I needed to generate a new eSIM for my new phone so I dropped by the physical store at PLQ. I was promptly served by Angeline at the counter. She was very detailed in her explanation and sharing about how some users of iPhone 15 had problems installing eSIM which was the same phone I had. Then we settled with the alternative suggested that is physical sim card. Angeline ensured that mobile data and calls were working with the new physical sim. She also kindly helped me to check for the correct old simba eSIM to be deleted from my settings. All in all, such a stellar service for a charge of $5 (sim replacement). Very kind, helpful, patient Angeline

Both 5G and 4G signals are exceptionally good around Paya Lebar, MacPherson, Aljunied Ave 2, Geylang East, Pipit Road and Circuit Road (including Balam Road). Voice call quality is consistent and above our expectations. We went straight to PLQ Mall recently without any online pre-registration. Attended to by one Malay SIMBA staff on afternoon duty. Shop was moderately busy on Sunday, yet he was approachable with good product knowledge, and very patient with every of our question asked. Plan recommended by him was in our favour. Simple and straightforward. We requested to port-out one of the numbers from Starhub to SIMBA on Sunday and the entire process took just one working day to complete. By late Monday evening, we were able to go online with the activated SIMBA SIM. The seamless porting by the backend staff was impressive. Even eagles need a push - go SIMBA!

Ms wee Lee has the patience of a Saint. She was handling a very difficult foreign customer shouting at her. She was calm throughout the whole time, never once raising her voice. She repeated her answer more than 5x to the customer, coz they just refused to listen. By the time at the end she managed to calm the hot tempered customers down n they stopped shouting. And throughout all this she actually kept checking in me that I was having no problem with my online simba application n kept on apologizing to me that she couldn't help me and if I had any problems, just let her know. All this while handling her tough customers they were 2 people shouting at her both at the same time.the husband and the wife. Thxs much Ms wee Lee , I learnt a lot about patience from you today. Please keep up the great job you are doing..stay safe n take care ❤️
