I LOVE Alp Protect and Alp Curcumin!! I have had dust allergy and food intolerances for 30 odd years. I am prone to wheezing and chest colds. I started on Alp Protect more than a year ago. A few months in, I realised I wasn't falling sick as easily and as often as before. I am more alert and mentally and less tired. I started Alp Curcumin last year when I found out I was intolerant to anti-inflammatory drugs. Within a mth in, inflammation from muscle tension was taken care of!!. I kept taking it (just to be safe!) and realised about 4 mths all in, that my breathing passageways had improved so much that I was no longer wheezy when I woke up and my tolerance to dust - from cleaning/dusting at home - had improved. THIS COMBINATIONS works for me! Alp Protect! daily - great easy to drink and definitely protects ! Alp Curcumin - I now take this 3 to 4 times a week - to maintain my 'healthier less inflamed passageways"!!! ALP_Nutrition really is AMAZING!! THANK YOU Simply Active!!
