We didn't have any problem finding the place. A bit of people were waiting when we arrived but finally our turn came quickly. We left our suitcase of 23kg and paid 15€. It gave us the opportunity to go visit the Jewel part comfortably. After 3 hours we got our luggage without any problem. I would have appreciated though if they had asked for my passport. Don't lose your ticket because it could be easy for someone else to get it. That's why I put only 4 stars

Service is good and there is also a facility to wrap your luggage with plastic protective layer.. I paid SGD 30 for a 29 inch suit case to store for 2 days. This photo taken is on Level 1 of terminal 3 at Singapore Changi Airport. It is nearer to car park 3B side of the terminal.

I want to say many thanks to the staff (Hello Zin and Cindy from Ukraine) for the service. First we left our bags before going to the city. When we returned, we repacked for a long time, we were allowed to weigh our bags several times, then they were very carefully packed, making a discount. The attitude of the staff is very friendly! We were very satisfied. Highly recommend!

İ went earlier in the morning before my flight and was lucky get the old nice employee. He was polite, patiently help me re-arrange my stuffs, i was over baggages and he help me "calculate" my things and give me free extra hand carry plastic bag. Unfortunately i forget to ask his name after saying thank you and some customers come. He made my day.

For those who have large suitcases and want to store them in order to travel to different places. You can come here. Good service, comfortable So that you don't have to drag your luggage along. I recommend you to leave your bags here. It's in the Jewel department store, 1st floor, counter H. Deposit price depends on wallet size, starting from 5 SGD. General luggage is 10 SGD and up. Larger bags are 15 SGD and up. Jewel mall next to Changi Airport. There is a walkway connecting to Terminals 1 - 3. From Terminal 4, you have to come to Terminal 1 to catch the Shulter Bus. In the Jewel department store, there is also the largest waterfall in Singapore.
