Really like the ambience, it’s a lighting shop I would recommend to all. Get out of the conventional, try out these lights to make your house more designer home. Always feel that they are one of the most important aspects of your house ambience. They go all out to professionally plan for your house. Ask them for advise and they will willingly help you out. Be sure to make appointment as they can get quite busy!

Update: The management has reached out to us and we are pleased with the solution they’ve provided. We appreciate their prompt response and the effort they’ve made to address our concerns. .....................................................................- We made a special trip to the shop right before meeting with our contractors to discuss our lighting plan. While the showroom and the lights themselves are appealing, the unprofessionalism of the sales staff and the poor after-sales service left us deeply disappointed. During the payment process, the sales staff failed to explain the full terms and conditions, despite them being stated on the invoice. Specifically, she omitted the crucial detail that we could cancel and receive a refund within three days, as well as the credit note arrangement. On the same day, after we paid for the lights, we met with our contractors. We tried to reach her twice on her mobile but couldn’t get through. We had to call the office line to finally make contact. During that conversation, I asked if we could return some of the items for a refund, as we realized after the on-site meeting with our contractors that we didn’t need so many lights. She only mentioned that we could exchange the items or receive a credit note valid for six months. At no point did she inform us about the three-day refund policy. Knowing we didn’t need that many downlights, my wife went down to the shop on the fourth day after our purchase to explore any possibility of a refund, only to be informed of the three-day refund policy then. When confronted, the sales staff had the audacity to claim that the policy was clearly written on the invoice, which she never fully explained, and that she had already informed me during our conversation. We were completely shocked and angered by her dishonesty. And what disgust us, she still can maintain all smiles with no sense of any guilt on her face. Now, we are stuck with a substantial amount of credit note that we are struggling to use, as we simply don’t need more lights for our home. It’s clear, in hindsight, that the sales staff was solely focused on closing the sale for her own benefit, with no regard for what was in our best interest as customers. Upon reading online reviews, we discovered two other negative reviews within the same month. Ours will now be the third. This speaks volumes about the service standards at this store, and we are deeply disappointed by the entire experience.

I went there to collect lights. The showroom is really nice. Lots of different like configurations to show how they can be used. I appreciate the showroom is nice and cool and offer nice respite from the heat. Part of the problem getting to the location is the fact that it is a 10-minute walk from the Dakota MRT station and there's very little shelter during the walk.

I had engaged Sol Luminaire to install most of my lighting at home. The lights have minimalist design, giving it an elegant look. Quality is good. Some lights only require change after four years of usage. Labour to fix the lights is free forever. We need only to pay for material. So that is a big plus point for us as our ceiling at home is very high. After sales service is excellent!

I think besides having beautiful lights, their after sales support has been incredible. I fitted lights with them 3 years ago and some of the lights have been giving problems recently. Sol light is one of the best lights around. It changes the whole effect of the house. We went to several light shops and the light in Sol is one of the softest. You can look straight into the light without having to squinch your eyes. Our light designer in Sol was Sheena. She was very responsible throughout the whole light installation process. During the light purchase, she explained her product thoroughly. During the installation process, she was very prompt in updating us on the stocks availability and also the delivery status. The 5 years warranty is definitely the icing on the cake that sealed our decision.

Sol Luminaire was only a few company here that provide soft lighting which is dimmer for led. Been to many shops, either it is too bright or the light is not soft enough. Manage to get some lighting that suit my need. After sales service is great too. One of the light driver face some issue. Called and informed them about it. They arrange to replace it in a short time. I think the after sales service is important for home owner.

Just finished renovating my house and very happy with Owen’s recommendation of the Halo lamps. It creates a softer touch to the whole house. I regretted not knowing Sol Luminaire earlier... our place has a combinations of ordinary downlights and Sol Luminaire's and the luminosity and reliability were a far cry. Sols lights are not glaring and gave us no issue at all after mths of installation. On the other hand, we r already seeing issues with the ordinary downlights. Both lights are equally priced, if I knew of Sol earlier, I would have gotten everything from Sol. The showroom is very well organised and allows you to see the potential of Sol lights.
