During a casual stroll in Singapore to discover more meaningful products and tired of the endless malls and bags, I found Spiritual Antique Land. Greeting me at the front was the most beautiful Buddha from the 19th century. These are the things I look for in Singapore. The culture, the mix, the genuine folks that make the country something more than just bags and shoes. The owner and folks in the store and so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The ambiance of the items, the calmness I felt while seeing many buddhas and furniture from a different time. Items are being displayed in museums around the world. Here I was in a small shop on Orchard road and I felt like I was in my personal museum. I left that store with such happiness with my purchase. I hope to see more items and more shops like this in Singapore. I was considering not returning to Singapore as I was getting tired with the brands in every corner. But this has changed my mind. I will visit again and visit the store for more items and just the peace and beauty. I wish all the best and success to sandy!
