For the waiting time, the waiting area seats are very bad and uncomfortable. Cool visual design but not practical at all for usage, especially for older folks.
Sales person Tan Chu Er was patient and professional. She first checked a new phone and identified a small dent which was hardly visible, and was honest to let us know and suggested to change a new product for us. Gave suggestions to various phone models, and patiently wait for us to make decisions.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience re-contracting services throughout.

Good and reliable broadband service. But unfortunately after contract charges are rip off crazy. So get a new service provider. Remember to return your modem, adapter and optic cable for temination.
Just want to shout out to a technician who dropped by my home today to resolve a persistent internet connectivity issue.not sure how to acknowledge him for tech support.Anyway, Bryan Pun is the tech who was patient to listen, diagnose and offer advises while replacing my modem/wiring.at least he was quick to point out issue(some previous poor installation) and replaced with no questions.Can tell he is very steady and gives no nonsense answers. he also came earlier than scheduled.anyone who solves StarHub connection problem and also punctual is the king and so, Bryan is the king today.Thanks and wish he can get a raise soon by his boss!:)
Customer service has been great.
Highly recommended and friendly staff name Alvin Yeo who help us on our phone purcase and he gives his good customer service with his professional skill when we ask him question. Good asset to the company.

Very fast and smooth experience. Wanted to change sim only plan. Advisor did not upsell any plans, was very open and honest. Finished in less than 10 min. 10/10
We're informed there will be an hour wait which they will call us. This wasn't so bad as it gave us an opportunity relax over coffee. It was slightly more than an hour wait but the queue number give some indications whether to wait or come back another day. On the plus side, the sales staff who attended to us was knowledgeable, helpful and patient with our inquiries . Overall, quite a pleasant experience if you're not in a rush.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent services provided by Alvin from the starhub service center at the Singapore plaza. He is very familiar with all sorts of plans and answers all my questions with great patience. At the beginning I could not make up my mind which plan I should choose. He guided me step by step by asking me some questions, so that I can find out my real needs and made my final decision. The experience of doing my recontact with Alvin was a very pleasant one . Thank you Alvin.
Its extremely long queue and we hv waited for 2 long hours before we are being served. However, service has been extremely good. staff has been polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We are so pleased with them that we have had recommended to our son.
I would to use this platform to thank Alvin and Mark on their outstanding & proactive in resolving my issue.
I went to signed up for starhub broadband close to end of March, my package comes with a free oppo phone. I was told it will take around 7 working days after installation for the vendor to reach out to me on the delivery. I waited and even called in the customer service on this matter.
First, I called to check on 8th Apr. I was told that it will take around 14 days after installation (by the call operator), I acknowledged and waited till 21st Apr.
On 21st Apr, there were still no info from anyone, therefore, I called in again. I was channeled to CS Amutha, I told Amuthu my issue and she responded that it is supposed to be 14 working days instead of 14 days. At this point I find it ridiculous as there were different respond from different starhub staff. I was even told that if I want to have this resolve, I have to go to back to the shop MYSELF to resolve this with in shop staff.
I went down 1 day later, it was when I was attended firstly by Mark. I repeated the issue and thank God Mark knows how inconvenience this has caused me. Immediately, he proceeded with the necessary steps etc. While waiting, as there were also issues with the Disney+ and amazon prime linkage, Mark went to check and managed to resolve it (IT department called me on this but we're unable to resolve. They only called back (4 days after it's resolved) and inform me "I notice the issue has been resolve, do you still need any assistance".
For the phone issue, I was directed to Alvin and immediately he knows the issue and proceed with following up with the relevant department. The following working day, to my surprise, Alvin even called before and after I receive the delivery notice from the vendor.
To close this, I want to highlight that starhub should just close down its customer service if they can't be bothered with resolving customer's issue. Instead of buying time. At the end of the day, I am only getting what I should be, if the promise by starhub isn't able to be fulfil on your end.. Perhaps the package should be look-into.
Ps* I was actually hoping for the 14 working day mark so I can experience what kind of excuses CS Amutha would propose.
Very fast service and kind staff, even provided a chair for me to sit while queuing as they saw me using a walking stick to move about.
Long wait. Excellent work done by the staff. My problem of top up ing a prepaid is solved by changing altogether yo a new prepaid SIM card with bigger data and cheaper cost compared to Top up ing the old sim card.
Everything is systematic there.
A staff named Maritess assisted me with my recon tract, she was really patient and helpful. It made my experience easier because of her professionalism and she was friendly too.

Looks empty inside but there's a long q at entrance. So their tactic is, a cust svc staff will check on our request b4 he offers us a QR Code to register for a q no. Wait time is 40 min on a weekday @1+ p.m. #scary Customers r all over in d mall so d shop appears "empty" -1*.
Was served by Devan who is polite n swift. He's v familiar with d procedures n explains v clearly. I enjoy d hassle-free transaction 👍🏼
I was directed to wait without given a queue number. Ended up a couple that came after for the same service was served before me.

Pretty unique way that customer service walk out to call queue number to locate customer. A bit weird to hear ppl calling number in a high tech 5G telco devices environment !

she is able to advise & solve the problems we have that we wasted hours calling your hotline (multiple times) and they are giving wrong information or do not know their products.
Please recruit someone like Esther if you would like to be 1 of the best telecom
Had a very great service experience here even though the queue was long! I would like to especially commend staff Koh Syn Wai for his patience and professionalism in dealing with our enquiries and requests!
We went to the StartHub service center at bugis centre few times to ask for help with the operation problem after changing the box of the TV broadcasting. but we couldn’t get help. The relevant personnel were just perfunctory, so we had to go to the StartHub service center in Plaza.Singapura. and I met Andrew, a very enthusiastic staff member there. After listening to our problems, he was very willing to help us solve the problems of TV broadcasting. We are very grateful to him.
So far quite convenient to reach to shop, and waiting time also very fast . Maybe at that time less people , coz I reach around 3 pm .
As it's a flagship store it's always busy. Try arrive 15 to 20 mins before opening time and be near the front of the queue. If you arrive in the middle or towards the end of the day the queue time can be well over an hour.
Swee Cheng is such an awesome gal. She really knows her job and help us to solve all our doubts and get us the best deal. Super she deserves the best.
It was a pleasant and stress free experience. My thanks and appreciation for the starhub personnel who has served me. My apology i forgotten his name (my bad) but, all i can say here is, he has given me an excellence service and have explained to me clearly. 👍👍👍👍👍
Great service.
The self service kiosk were easy to use and coming here on a Saturday afternoon has made it simpler to follow due to the large crowd.
Staff were also good in recommending the different plans to me based on my usage.

Fast service. Probably the person at the storefront saw that I'm on a wheelchair & got a number for me and I was immediately the next one to be served. My issue was also not that difficult, simply porting over from red to green logo. This is due to ADSL service ending and need to convert to fibre. The HomeHub Plus package helped as I have a free land line as given in the package.
Always go early or be prepared to wait up to 2 hours. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They will patiently explain to me all the plans available. I have been with starhub from 2003.
The counter service staff was Daniel Tay helpful and informative. But the waiting time can be improved... 1.5 hours.

I went there for simcard. People who work there are mostly kind. And that place is quite huge. So you're not going to wait that much

M1 singtel is very rude, because my feet are not convenient for standing for a long time. Are there any chairs prepared for people who are inconvenient to sit on?
