Brilliant customer service. Had a wonderful experience with Albert who managed to resolve the 3G-4G fiasco which has caused umpteen number of customers being unable to make phone calls. I had tried several times via the customer service no and even technical support to resolve my issue but none were able to do so. In fact Albert had to guide the customer support staff to untick certain options which finally allowed me to make phone calls. Point to note ~ in my past dealings with several of the staff here, not all are polite or even helpful. So far he and another kind chap were the only guys who assisted. Kudos to them !

Such a pleasant experience. Exemplary service rendered by Shao Meng (especially this gentleman, should be the manager) and Chris for my new broadband sign up. They were patient in addressing all queries especially relating to porting over of digital home voice line. Recommended better promotion from initial plan selection. Repeated a couple of times to confirm the selected plan and details prior to confirmation. Really appreciated their assistance. Went on a Sunday afternoon and didn’t had to wait before being served. Kudos! Probably only downside is this outlet is not able to port over digital home voice line number. Have to go other outlets upon installation, nearest to Woodlands is Jurong Point. However Shao Meng assisted to print out and provide the necessary documents to bring over. Very pleased.👏🏼

Thanks Hazel for attending to my distress. I tried to call in to StarHub Hotline but they are unable to resolved my issue. Am lucky to head down to StarHub at causeway point to get my Numbershare issue done for my Apple Watch. It is always comforting to know that there are staffs that are always looking out for customers like me. Keep up to excellent job. I did not get the guy named whom also assist to get my issue rectified. Kudos to the team at StarHub Causeway Point.

Shoutout to Yuin Ling and Ryan Pua for their excellent customer service! Went down to this branch for broadband and line re-contract.. they explained meticulously and were very patient in answering my questions. Waiting time was surprisingly quite fast. Thank you!
