A excellent service experience from the sale staff at causeway point evening time. Finally, able to purchase sets of Sterra Moon.

Overall the product really work and lower the bedroom humidity to between 50%-60% when switch on. I can feel the different when i enter/stay in the bedroom vs living room. Able to collect tones of water everyday, basically you need to pour the water away 2 times a day if you are heavy user. I'm acceptable with the noise level (at sleep mode), just feel like turning a fan on (level 3 power). There are two suggestions thought, panel light is not adjustable; if like to sleep in pitch dark room, then there might be a problem. The button/timer sound cannot lower or turn off. I got woke up by the timer when i used it the first time. I decided not the turn on the timer thereafter. Delivery: it will be best if i can choose my delivery date at least. U cannot choose delivery date/time. In the end i do self collect and it was a mistake. I only learnt that i need to carry “upright” throughout the journey home because the item got compressor…
