Very professional and helpful contractor. Bought a washing machine and dryer from Courts. Delivery was done by another company and they were supposed to install the washing machine for me properly but did not managed to connect the water pipe to my water supply outlet because they claim the valve of my water outlet was not compatible and needed an adapter. Later I found out that they should have the adapter with them. I guess they were in a rush and did not bother to help out. They also did not bother to unboxed my dryer and was planning to leave the dryer outside my car porch, until I asked them please bring into the house. However, Titan guys came to do the stacking of the dryer on top of my washing machine. Not only were they very professional and careful, they also attempted to help with the connection of my water supply to my washing machine. They also turn back to help plug back in the power which was due to a miscommunication on my part. Excellent work and highly recommended if you need to stack our washing machine and dryer.

New update on 23rd June: Very satisfied with their tv installation service!! This is my 2nd time engaging with Sg Bros Entepreneurs. This time was James Goh who came alone for installation and even gave value added services by tuning and setting other TVs i had in my home. James Goh even teach me how to set up the color, brightness and contrast to optimize the view. My TVs screen looks so much vivid and better now!! Totally impressed and very professional of him. Very friendly and helpful installer.. he is such a gem to the company!! Pretty hard to find such a responsible and dedicated personnel in their works nowadays!! Ordered Xioami TV from Shopee and installed by Jinwei and Hairul. Junwei make an effort by call before delivery the TV over. The delivery even earlier and on time. Once arrived both are quickly help to setup and within 10 mins all things are up and ready. they also spend a bit of time to explain to us how to use the system. This is my second time getting Titan Brackets to help me with mounting my TV. The last time was my new TV and the Titan team was engaged by Best Denki. This time I decided to use them again as my last experience with the company and engineers who did the job was very good. This time I wanted Titan to help me to mount my old LG Oled TV to the wall. An engineer name James Goh was sent. The gentleman was older then me, he is 65 and still very fit. I gave the wrong TV size info when I requested for the service. My TV was 55 inch and told Titan team that it was 40 inch as I remember wrongly. The engineer James shared with me that for my TV which is very thin and bigger than he expected, it would be better to have 2 persons do the job instead of one. He was clear in his explanation and once I am agreeable to his suggestion, he quickly work with company co-ordinator Kok Leong on getting another team to come in the afternoon to finish the job. I was pleasantly surprise when engineer Shan called me and told me he is on the way. Shan came in 10 mins, look at the setup and while it is better to have 2 person do the job he is confident he could handle it on his own. He was very professional in his engagement. Using precision tool to make sure the mount is level. He was able to mount my TV successfully and I am very happy with his work. Afterwards I chatted with the engineer and understand that James Goh has saw another company van in my neighborhood and he quickly call his office and see if the other team is able to help. This is when Shan engineer was activated. This good team work allow me as a customer to have my TV mounted in the morning instead of waiting for another team in the afternoon. I am sure the efficient hand over also help the company save money too. So far I have engage with 5 employees in the company, 2 from previous engagement and 3 from today. The employees are all very customer focus and professional in their work. This company has a good company culture in their team. I will definitely use Titan Brackets in future and will recommend them to my friends and family.

After asking where we would like the TV positioned, Rashidi advised that currently our curtain tracks are not yet in place and the alignment would be off so he proposed to move the measurements slightly which fitted better! 3. He also taught us the Do(s) and Don’t(s) of the TV rack and how to go about the controls. Kudos to them! Awesome installation experience with them!

I would like to give a positive feedback for your good service. The appointment for the technician to come was suppose to be 10 am but they came earlier around 0935 am and prior to that they called me to inform that they are coming. One of the technician Mr. Mamat is friendly and also at the same time his other colleague ( forgot to ask his name) help to explain on the usage of the TV apart from helping to set it up.
