Just want to express my sincere gratitude to Anne & Sherlyn for their outstanding service towards my purchase of the KRK S12.4 Subwoofer. Despite the many changes & requests for the payment methods, they still managed to accommodate to my requests. Despite the far distance from their store, they even managed to go the extra mile to deliver it to Changi Airport. What stood out was their ability to adapt and resolve unforeseen issues with grace and professionalism. They even followed up with me after I've reached back home in Malaysia, checking if everything was ok after the purchase. Great support and after sales from them.

Unforgettable Birthday Surprise Thanks to Anne (VMC Bukit Batok) So, I threw a birthday surprise for my partner, and Anne turned it into a blockbuster! She is like the fairy godmothers of parties – but instead of a wand, she wield turntables! I mean, seriously, Anne along with her team took my party vision and supersized it. The DJ gear was like something out of a sci-fi movie – crystal-clear sound that made my neighbors think they were invited, too. Hahaa! The only place to go for all your DJ equipment needs! I have been a very happy customer of Valentine Music for over 14 years. Anne and her staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgable and always go that extra mile to make sure their customers are looked after. An example - I was playing a gig at the Ritz-Carlton a few years ago. My S2 controller power cable had broken. I messaged Anne and within 20 mins she had driven to the hotel with a replacement - and also a spare controller if need be! Great mixers and lots of CDs and vinyl records also has a good range of eaphones and headphones which they will let you try out. Great & friendly staff also.
