I went to Venchi Paragon on 8 Sep 2024. Was served by Lily. Staff was friendly and very patient with me trying 3 different flavours before buying! I chose Tangerine and Hazelnut, both flavours shined through and weren't restricted by milk flavour, and the portion was standard because if they put anymore on it'll tip over. Overall a pleasant trip!

I had a wonderful experience at Venchi Gelato thanks to Lily! She was incredibly friendly and took the time to recommend the best flavors. Her enthusiasm made my visit even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to return for more delicious gelato!

Very wonderful experience at Paragon branch with the staff named Dinah. She is accommodating and super helpful with the ice cream suggestion. Please look for her and she can be of great help in ranges of chocolates too!

One of the most attentive and kindest sellers I’ve seen so far. They’ll make sure it’s the flavors you really want before putting them in your cone/cup. Venchi as a brand serves nothing but fantastic quality ice-cream in my opinion and combined with such an attitude from the sellers, it’s an experience any customers would like to try.

We were served by Lily from the Paragon putlet and she was very friendly! Venchi has always been my favourite chocolate store and I love their gelato (specifically the Cremino flavour). Pleased to be served by such nice staff!

My favourite gelato flavour pistachio is fantastic here. The pistachio flavour is so intense. It's pricy here but worth it.

Think the gelato menu here a bit more limited than the Taka outlet.. had the nougatine which is dark choc with hazelnut, and pistachio. Nougatine was great with the crispy bits. Pistachio tasted good too but dk if it’s just me but still kinda sweet for my taste. Definitely on pricier side at $9 for a mini size

Jane was fantastic to me, an “out-of-Towner” from Minnesota, USA. The gelato served there was equal, if not a little better, than all of the gelato I’ve eaten in Rome, Florence, Milan, and Venice! This is just heaven for those with a sweet tooth!🤣 So much chocolate and ice cream! My wife and I really love ice cream, I have a waffle cone, and she has a paper cup. Every time we come to Paragon, we always go down to the -1st floor to buy some delicious food at Venchi. I really like cheerful, smiling saleswomen😉 I recommend everyone to buy ice cream or chocolate here at least once!
