It's located just beside the escalator. Most of the cosmetics and general emergency needs it have. Not crowdy most of the times. Some of the staff are very nice to everyone. Very few staff are not responsive sometimes. Anyhow service is good. Most of the items are almost in stock all the time. Very convenient place as it has beside and down stairs food courts, house hold things, etc at the same place.

Northpoint outlet is more spacious and easy to move around. Been going to Watsons for years and they have everything I need. Except for the sales promoters, especially from Yun Nam. Had two visits this year at Watsons with the YunNam promoters pushing me to for their trial even when I told them I was not interested. Do kindly train or inform the promoters to refrain giving comments like 'your hair is balding/your skin has alot of pimples' loudly for everyone to hear. As a customer, I just want to purchase my items peacefully and might just change my mind to shop elsewhere if the third time this happens.

I went to Watsons on the 12th of September and a Chinese lady by the name of Hannah assisted me with my acne skin problem !! She was really knowledgeable and took the time and patience to pick out the best option for my case. Thank you Hannah 😬

Staff at this outlet was helpful & friendly. Cashiering may be long during peak hours otherwise not a big issue. There r wide varieties of imported & up-scale products carried here also (u can find most of the pdts here compared to the outlet in Jewel). But then this outlet is quite small, arrangement and shelving of pdts r very cramped to each other. Walking spaces inside r very narrow, u can literally knock into anyone trying to walk past u or when more than one pax is looking at the same pdt range. Situation will b worse when shop gets crowded, it is definitely not a bliss to shop inside here. And there r also many promoters ard, so many that u can't reri do ur own shopping at ease but we do utd they r there for a reason, just too many, too much interruption. Management should consider expanding the square footage consider the high level of patronage in this outlet. Recommended to visit during "quieter hours" of the day to avoid squeezing with ppl.

A big shoutout to Joyce Teo, the pharmacist who was on duty while i was there. Even though i wasn't looking for anything thats controlled, she was still incredibly helpful, patient and friendly - showed me where to find the nasal spray, explained about the differences between types of antiseptic solution etc A rare gem and definitely an asset!
