🟨Welcia-BHG ( Japanese pharmacy store) Ngee Ann City mall 🟩#B2-39, Singapore 238872 💜 Ms Nur Fateha, a young, cheerful and polite lady, attended to us. She is an awesome staff member:) 🩶 When I asked about the Japanese toothpaste specifics, Ms Fateha was able to explain in detail to me the toothpaste characteristics and aroma and etc. ➡️ This shows clearly she has passion for the job, and her deep intricate knowledge of many of the products on hand tells me she had taken time to study the store's products ( 🟨 just like what I had used to do in my father's bookstore). 🟩 I have been going to this Japanese pharmacy at Ngee Ann City B2 level = because I prefer the service here, compared to the lacklustre sales staff in Guardian and Watsons. 🟧 For me as a customer, good service is SUPER important to me.

Dropped by this afternoon to pick up some great buys from Perfect 10 promo. Was warmly greeted by Ms. Hai Rong (Nature’s Nutrition) who professionally helped me to pick some of the good buys she’s promoting. Thanks to her, am looking forward to try her recipes for wellness. The staffs were equally helpful too when making payments. Great shopping experience.

Really enjoy my shopping here. Big and clean place. So easy to find the things i need in here! The store manager Jia hui and the rest of the staff's are all super helpful and friendly! Jia hui super knowledgeable of all the products and she will keep explaining to me how to use them and totally not pushy at all. Thank you for your excellent service!
