We got our cutest pup from Wellfond Pets Thomson. Genevieve was very helpful in the process of getting our first furry friend. They respond and send follow ups through WhatsApp. Everything was smooth and easeful. We also got feedback from other pet owners that the shop has affordable pricing as compared to others. This is the first time to have a dog in Singapore for us, and we went to some pet shops to find a puppy. Finally, we met a so cute puppy in this shop. Genevieve, she has knowledge and she helped to answer our questions every time! Also, I felt dogs loves her, so I though she must be taking care of dogs very well.

Thank you Genevieve for assisting us thru the process of getting our first ever puppy from Wellfond Pets @ Thomson. Got our cutest bichonpoo puppy after our first visit and viewing him, and have so much questions to ask as first time handling a puppy on our own, but Genevieve was always patiently answering all our questions as well as helping us to pack all the necessities that our puppy needs before we came to pick him up and also helped carrying all the supplies to our car boot before we leave. Excellent pet store! We got our cute 4 month old Cockapoo from Wellfond. The process was seamless. The pup was fully vaccinated and also microchipped. our family had gotten our cavapoo from here, and it was overall a great experience with friendly staff who provided us some starting supplies for the puppy as well! we've also since brought our puppy here for grooming a few weeks after bringing him home, and their grooming service was also excellent and at an affordable price :-) highly recommended for either getting a well taken care of puppy, or even just for grooming!

If you are reading this and is planning to bring home a puppy , I strongly recommend you to get it from WellFond Pets. Recently , I have just got a French Bulldog from them and I had a very pleasant experience since the very beginning. Everybody at Wellfond Pets especially Clarissa was very friendly and willingly to help etc. clear all my doubts, providing me with lots of reliable information and preparing me for the new frenchie. Clarissa was very patient and easy going despite all the ups and downs i had. My French Bulldog have been with them for the past 7 months and I am amazed by the tip-top care they provided for my frenchie. He was in amazing health condition and a very good boy. I was awed when I first step into WellFond Pets as everything was very sanitary and neat. At WellFond Pets it is very clear that they do it for the passion and not the business itself. Everything at Wellfond Pets are abided by the hygiene protocols hence all their puppies are very healthy and active. Even after I brought home my frenchie , Clarissa is still very helpful and concerned about how I am coping with my new frenchie and follows up with his progress as well as answers all my questions promptly up till now. This was one of my most amazing and pleasant experience I ever had and I would like to specially thank Clarissa as she is amazing and the company is very lucky to have her and an asset to the company.
