Usually I will purchase from Ion outlet but today I bought from the Takashimaya counter and happy with their services. Beauty Manager Ira is very helpful and knowledgeable about her products. Thumbs up and I will purchase from her again.

10/10 staff attitude compared to dior and chanel staff - ysl staff are professional, polite, take care of customers, always cute - chanel and dior staff are not suitable Chanel staff are arrogant, but dior staff when customers are drunk have attitude immediately
