Reviews of AMK Hub
AMK hub has basically become my daily transit point if I am taking the bus or mrt. There’s practically not much to shop except for NTUC XTRA supermarket, fast food outlets and plenty of eateries. Due to CNY, this place has become a quick shopping for many people living in this neighborhood.
Quite large and will get lost, the basement level is confusing as there are signage are pointing to food court at the basement when actually the food court is upstairs. MRT signages are difficult to find. The stores variety is not bad.
AMK Hub is centrally located in Ang Mo Kio State. Bus Interchange and Ang Mo Kio MRT station 🚉 (Red Line) well integrated with AMK Hub. There fourth floor is quiet and enough empty space but i find they do not enough sheets where people can sit and relax. Third floor have some fun games for kids, however NTUC Foodfare on third floor is much busier than any other floor in AMK hub. This mall doesn’t have much food options specially for Halal esters.
The lifts are very odd way operating, might be you have to wait for longer time to going one floor to another floor if you taking lifts.
It's Doraemon Merry Christmas at M Malls @amk_hub and @jurongpoint!
One of the few shows and characters which transcended through my childhood and the kiddos'!
Catch the full cast of Doraemon, Nobita, Shizuka, Gian and Suneo at @amk_hub! It was a fun and laughter filled 30-minute ‘live’ song and dance performance!
Show times:
> 13, 14 & 15 Dec
11am and 1pm @jurongpoint
5pm and 7pm @amk_hub
**Simply spend $30 to receive a meet & greet pass (t&c's apply, fcfs!)
AMK Hub exclusive!
It was an Infinite Pocket of Magic and Surprises. After the meet-and-greet with Doraemon and Friends, we snapped away at the gigantic inflatable Doraemon standing almost a story high at AMK Hub L3. More photo opportunities around AMK Hub as you will find a variety of Doraemon-themed decorations around the mall. Also don't miss the instagrammable Christmas Bauble Land at AMK Hub L1 complete with "snow"!
Jurong Point exclusive!
We hope to make it to @jurongpoint soon for the special inflatable playground that is decorated with attractive pop-ups of Doraemon and Friends, and comes with plentiful colourful photo walls. Tickets are available at $5 for a half hour play at its entrance located at @jurongpoint main entrance at L1, or simply spend $30 to redeem one entry ticket at the Customer Service Centre. Recommended for 3 to 10 years old, from now till 26 Dec, 11am to 9pm daily.

Malaysia Boleh (BL) a foodcourt, now has another outlet (next to NTUC Fairprice) at Level B1, Ang Mo Kio Hub Singapore 569933. The other outlet is at Jurong Point Shopping Mall.
There are around 20 stalls at this eatery the names of which are as shown in the photos. Find prices competitive.
I have tried the Penang Carrot Cake. I like it - the texture of carrot cake is soft and fried with spring sprouts and dark soy. I find it a bit salty otherwise ok. For the Penang Chendol (one of my favourite desserts) find the coconut milk diluted and the dark sugar does not have the fragrance of the genuine gula Malaka and just minimal amount of red beans and green bean powder and s shaved ice.
Have yet to try all stalls has its own taste bud so I guess not all stalls can please everyone. Some will say it sucks other thumbs up. Isn’t ? So best to find one that live up to your desire.
The foodcourt opens from 8 am each day and closes around 10 pm in the night.
I learned that the place is practically packed especially in the morning.
got food, but is the level 4 in amk hub under renovation if not why all stores at level 4 close down like time zone, Cathay cineplex
Almost everything you need in 1 mall right in the heartland of Singapore. Good variety of shopping and food all in one place.
Big shopping mall with every essentials you need . Malaysia boleh food court is good, fishball mee and desserts must try.
The building looks refreshing after their makeover.
We were there for the newly opened A&W
restaurant.
What can I say......long Q.
After a long time, I got to eat my Coney dog and curly fries. I did a takeaway but it's best eaten there itself. Fulfilled my craving....next time must get the waffle and root beer float.
Always too crowded to explore it properly. But then again, crowded means good.. The residents love it
Is a small mall for shopping but have all the necessary shop to cater for general needs
Come here for prata freshly cooked when we order at Prata Raya. Top stuff. 😋😋
Kelly Qu from MyDigitalLock has been very helpful in answering our questions, understanding our needs to replace our current digital lock. She is friendly and knowledgeable in the products carried by the company.
A great place to hang around. Lots of reasonable restaurants. Spoilt for choice.
It is a very good place to bring kids if they have tuition and even have entertainment like timezone after their tuition after lesson if they want to play
It is truly a place that encapsulates olden day Singapore. With the AMK Town being just outside of the mall, there is never a more Singaporean place.
AMK Hub has both old and new stalls alike, with them seeing pretty good business every day.
Good for shopping. However, if you are going for the normal hawker center food, I would suggest visiting the surrounding hawker center and coffee shops. They would offer a better and tastier variety.
Not super big but you can find a lot of things here.
Good hub for transportation as it has a bus interchange and mrt attached
Good to go shopping here but try to avoid peak periods of lunch, dinner and weekend crowd.
Been here for the first time recently. Design wise I can tell it's quite old but it's understandable since this was 1 of the first few malls in AMK. Variety of shops is decent, has the usual mix of supermarkets, retail, food and all that. It even has the bus interchange integrated with the mall which is great
Great place to shop, with many amenities being provided for residents and visitors. This is an integrated transport hub, combining mall and interchange in one, and I was genuinely surprised at how small this place was. Still, it exceeded expectations and would go again. Just be reminded that it will basically be as full as the MRT during peak hours from 7-8pm, so if you are having dinner around here, try to arrive earlier.
Fresh and hot nice food
Good service
AMK hub is one of the biggest shopping hub 8n Singapore. Plenty of shops offering good buy and services. Plenty of parking lots within the building. Priced ate reasonable and most supermarkets like NTUC, Malaysia Boleh are its tenants.. Cool Aircon environment
At Foodfare. Tables not cleared even though cleaner walked past. Run by NTUC but foods not cheap. Can removed the slogan for workers.
4 fixed points to safe entry fixed? ? yes 4x to enter level 1 of amk hub
pls after one entry from 1 pt sufficient why must i tap in at every amk hub proper..hate it hate it
Amk hub besides the NTUC and I usually patronize the fruits, avocadoes along the amk central outside the shops. Price is reasonable and the quality is acceptable.
Love the variety of stores available in AMK Hub (even though it’s not a very large mall). A great place to get your necessities if you don’t want to venture beyond the hood. The NTUC (basement) is one of the most well stocked I’ve been.
Food fare food court got a nice spread of food options both halal and non-halal. Thai fried kway teow a bit pricey with seafood but quite nice. Korea food is halal so too bad no pork.
Always a hassle-free experience dining here. Queuing via mobile, and payment via mobile. The beef is high quality and melts in your mouth. Get the premium one, it is world's apart from the standard set! Not recommended for large groups, 1-2 pax is perfect for this place.
Now in January 2024, a month to CNY, AMK Hub already quite happening with all the CNY decorations, goodies and foodies and Now feel the CNY moodie ;p Nice 👍
Great place for entertainment and cheap eats
There is a new drink vending machine near the taxi stand. Teh sosro from Indonesia. Can costs $0.50 while a pet bottle going for $1.00. Can use cash or nets. Believe you cannot find drinks at these prices even at supermarkets.
Got everything we want. Even got small Casino NTUC's Club got few slots game machine must be a NTUC member to access there
Good place to find lots of things, almost everything you need, from eateries, to cosmetics, fashion, game stores, spas and wellness, cinema and education centers.
Except super high class brands, all others are here.
Just below at level 1, is the bus interchange, cross over the underpass, is the MRT.
Really is a hub where you get almost everything in a place.
Amk hub have a lot of shop include like dress, watch, jewel and food shop also.inside have cathey cinema also.i went to cathey cinema.monday to Friday ticket price 10.50 for person, weekend price little higher.popcorn have sweet and salt type.medicum size and large size have.price 9.50 for large.very nice
It contains a bus interchange. Not too hard to find a parking lot. The downside is that if you do not take the lift, you will have to checkin twice from the carpark to go to level 2. Reasonable dinning choices are available.
NTUC has a bigger outlet here, but at any time, there's a queue to pay. So you'll need to plan your time well. Plenty of food options at Malaysia Boleh👍 but no beef dishes. It gets crowded over the weekend and after office hours on weekdays. Mainly because the train station and bus interchange is here. This is a convenient location.
Nice mall as it is near my house. Been waiting for it to open since it started building. What is great is that it has the bus interchange in it and has direct access to the train station. Super convenient. It also has a big ntuc xtra n its great to go there to shop. Retail is a bit lacking though, could be better
Crowded during weekends. Not enough space for dinning. NTUC is nice after renov but walking space is limited when everyone using trolley. Need to expand due to too much crowd and not much new store except for A&W fast food.
The mall has lost a lot of tenants...not so much attraction. Even the hawkers centre at jubilee has a lot of stores closed.
The Korean BBQ provided a good ambience, food and services! However, I did miss my favorite baby octopus! Overall I still had a satisfying BBQ lunch! Rating 4/5*.
A good one stop for most needs, banks:3 local banks and ICBC.
Supermarket NTUC, Fitness Gym...and many food outlets. Bus interchange below and MRT Station across the road.
And a Kopi Tiam Outlet , recently renovated.
A good place for tourists who wishes to experience the lives of locals and to see what they usually dine and shop at. Prices are at a very reasonable rate and takes about 30 to 45 minutes to reach from the city area. Recommended for both first timers to Singapore and returning tourists.
Attached with Ang Mo Kio Mrt and Bus interchange. Various fast food shops including coffee shops, theaters, toys shop, phone shops, cosmetics shops, learning classes including yoga class and karate class, taxi point.
Neighbourhoods shopping mall, have a lot f&b around here. Due to covid, feel the amk hub management able to make the queue to entry the mall more better if their change the sequence of the lift, and the lift is not friendly for handicapped elderly due to long queue and slow lift service
Good array of dining options and shops to fulfill your daily needs. Big FairPrice outlet at the basement that stocks a great selection of items and groceries. Cinemas located on the top floor for all to catch the latest blockbusters.
Convenient as mrt and bus interchange are just steps away from the hub and need not worry about shine or rain.
Has a certain flair to it. Lots of eateries to give yr mind too many choices to decide what n. Ntuc is always packed at cashiers, so be nimble.
I think it is good that AMK Hub’s Food Hall doesn’t only have takeaway kiosks but they have small shops with seats. However, it would be better if their basement Food Hall can offer more delectable options
Mall is a little confusing
extensive array of outlets and many services spread over multiple floors.. with covered access to both public transport hubs viz the bus interchange and MRT Station.. as well as next to the AMK Town Centre!..
Can get almost everything in Amk Hub. Especially having the biggest NTUC fairprice.
Always Packed Heartland Mall...
With it's many retail Shops and Food Stalls choices.
You are spoiled for choices.
A&W (very Limited in SG) is found here in AMKHub...
Amazing. Will always Pop by once in a while....
Great place. Location. Just along the bus interchange. Has Fairprice Extra and good food options. On top has a movie theater and many kids enrichment classes
Nice please that's all I can tell
Quite conveniently located next to Ang Mo Kio MRT while the bus interchange in located within it as well. The array of shops are quited varied, from clothes shops, to restaurants, to fast-food. FairPrice Xtra, a giant supermarket selling almost everything is also located in the basement, inflating the variety of stuff you can find here. Overall the place is decent, clean, cool, and satisfies almost every need.
There are a lot of delicious food and the environment is good. But I went to a SUB WAY to dine, and the waiter's attitude was not very good. Because I had never eaten there, I didn't know how to choose. She didn't say much or introduce anything, which left a bad impression on me.
The small restaurant on the top floor of the food court has hot pot rice noodles. The portion is generous, priced at RMB 7 per person. The soup is very thick. If you don’t like spicy food, I recommend ordering the mushroom rice noodles. The meat buns are also crispy and the braised pork is fresh and not salty.
Small scale, popular products
I work here myself🫰The transportation is very convenient. It has access to the subway and bus station. NTUC supermarket has everything. It is also very convenient to apply for the four major banks. But everyone must prepare their documents and their own information. The restaurant is also very convenient. High quality, the meal price is a bit expensive and generally acceptable. In summary, the experience is great👍👍👍
Very lively at night. I thought there were some different shops, but when I got to the third and fourth floors, they were a bit lackluster. Moreover, the design of the escalators is a bit special. Some can go all the way up or down the stairs, while others go up and down the stairs side by side. You have to turn to the other side to find the escalator. I am not sure about the purpose of this design. All in all, it's a mall that's not difficult to visit but you won't stay in for too long.
It's cheap to make souvenirs here
Amk hub
Compared to Toa Payoh, Ang Mo Kio is very lively. It was still busy at 9pm in the evening. At the same time, Toa Payoh was almost closed. McDonald's and the coffee shop next to it are open 24 hours a day.
This is a community comprehensive shopping mall, which is also connected to the bus terminal and subway station, so the transportation is very convenient and the location is good. It is a shopping mall with many people coming and going, with many shops and restaurants, and it has barrier-free walkways for the convenience of the elderly. Outings with babies.
