Reviews of HarbourFront Centre
Sibgapore HarbourFront Centre is a busy and big terminal that houses lots of establishments as well such as Money Changer, Confectionery Shops IndoMalay Singaporean Eateries Bakeries Gadget Stores and Many many more. It is also just right beside the big Mall Vivo City. Security is tight and good. Terminal caters to those who take the Ferries going to Batam Island and other destinations. Also just right outside the Terminal at the Coach Bay is where the big yellow bus that goes to Malaysia is parked.
They currently have a parking promotion - complimentary parking coupon worth $3.20 if you satisfy certain minimum spend criteria. However, the coupon did not work for me. Contacted the person-in-charge and he reinstated the validity of the coupon for my next visit. Tip for other shoppers who might face this same problem. Contact their customer service line for the person-in-charge contact number to solve this.
This place is a gem! It’s a fantastic shopping and dining destination. I’m from Hong Kong, and let me tell you, this place is way better than the HK Ocean Terminal. When you get off the ferry, you’ll find a whole world of fun and affordable shopping and relaxation. The kids absolutely love it, and there’s even a little gift shop for them.
The staff, is super great and friendly in terms to share on handphone package as well as sim package.
When checking on accessories in term of handphone cover and memory card the prices is really automatic in their brains.
Very courteous, as well as efficient and knowledgable as well as very great be it in products and services.
Can think on the feet.
Very convenient to travel to Batam island via the ferry at Batam centre. Majestic is clean and comfortable.
Boring place. The crowd are usually those going to Batam or Bintan plus the weekday office crowd. Have a big carpark to allow the VivoCity drivers to park here
The mall is connected to Vivo so there are many shops to choose from. The parking is spacious and less congested compared to Vivo.
Post renovation creates more shopping spaces and new shops for workers working nearby and shoppers. An alternative place to shop other than VIVO.
Convenient and very safe port. The cleanliness of the waiting room is always maintained. It's just that the toilet is very dirty.
It had cool artwork but it was kind of boring
Great experience for people traveling via harbor to other countries and islands
a very advanced port with complete supporting facilities. comfort and security are very good
There are so much things you can get in this mall and wow the parking lot is gigantic! It is pretty affordable and as a bonus it is next to Vivocity.
the place is nice, clean, quite complete, let's go shopping, it's fun
It’s an okay mall. Parking is the only good thing, there is always spots.
Immigration officer were not friendly. Really different with immigration officer in the airport. Service needs to be enhanced. No hot water in the nursing room. Price is great though, only idr 270 k for round trip
People this is a mall with class and style.
All your needs are available and the staffs there very helpful with whatever you want to buy.
Bought some dresses for the MRS and kids they were just lovely.
All good but so crowded, and very confuse sign to check in to ferry
Integrated area: shopping mall, foodcourt, groceries, ferry & cruise terminal.
A bit quiet during the recent COVID-19 Measures! Hardy could see customers in the shopping mall areas. And there are just a few sitting areas done the public inside the mall. Donki stores also a bit quiet when we visited there!
Small but it is connected to train station and we found many halal restaurants here
Great place to shop and eat at the same time. Easily accessible by public transport.
Nice shop and more japanese products
Great place to get some sweets, cookies, food, clothes, etc. This is connected to the departure area for connection to ferries to Indonesia. Went there to buy some cookies today.
harbour centre, just besides vivocity, mount faber at the opposite, major cruise pier at singapore, with restaurants, currency exchange and cruise agency
A place with multiple attractions. Listing a few below:
1. A big shopping mall
2. Lot of Restaurants
3. Cable Car
4. International Cruises
5. Boardwalk to Sentosa
6. Subway
7. McDonald
HarbourFront Centre is a shopping mall and ferry terminal that connects to nearby Indonesian ports, as well as the city of Batamand Bintan Island. It is at 1 Maritime Square, in HarbourFront, Singapore. The mall is part of a development known as HarbourFront which is connected to VivoCity, the country's largest shopping mall. It was formerly known as World Trade Centre, which was completed in 1977, and was renovated beginning January 2000 with a connection to HarbourFront MRT Station, and was reopened on 20 June 2003, at the same time as HarbourFront MRT Station.
Lovely mall with lots of restaurants and retail shops
Drop off from the Aeroline Bus..
One Utama to harbourFront Centre, Singapore
Must quieter than the bustling Vivocity. But its a nice place to escape the crowd. There are quite alot of eating places here as well.
The biggest mall in Singapore with mainly small non branded shops. Caters alot to tourist taking the ferries but has atms chemists, fast food and local food at reasonable prices.
Mon to Thurs, if u head to batam, it's less crowded and better. Weekends or Fri later afternoon onwards, packed. For shopping, not many things to see, you could walk about 5 mins to VivoCity, a good place to shop and it's big. Eating places in VivoCity usually crowded, but harbourfront less crowded for eating.
Beautiful lighting from various buildings and surroundings.
An extremely crowded and fun place. Because it's just at the right spot where foreigners comes for cable car and sky train to Sentosa . It's where it is located not only that it is also a huge scale of buildings .. everything is just right for fun events and lively energy.~
Was at Song Fa Bak Kut Teh Restaurant.
Heart, body and soul warming hot comforting pork rip soup and food.
All the side dishes paired well with their signature pork rip soup.
The refilling of soup is unlimited and free flow. Drink to your heart's content.
The wet serviette is complimentary.
1st visit to this old mall, pretty well maintained for it's age. Able to cross over from Vivo City via bridge.
Mainly houses enrichment centers for children.
HarbourFront Centre its not just harbour only, its a mall too
Shopping mall , great place
Not very luxury but very useful. You find everything for daily needs.
Miss singapore already hehe....I bought bacha coffee in harbourfront because the queue in center store too long
A fairly old mall that still managed to survive with good mix of mid tier retail shops and alot of eateries!
Off course, having a ferry terminal and cruise centre and being the poor neighbour to Vivo City ensure enough foot fall..
Comfortable near to shopping centre with various of chinese and local food.Good scenary on top of the roof.
Everything under 1 roof. So many Restaurants. Diverse food eateries. Many activities to do. Great place to meet hot white chics. And very safe. Even I accidentally left my tablet, someone came running and give my tablet back. Just like Japan, very safe and no one steal your stuffs. I wouldn't get this kind of safeness back in my country (Malaysia).
Most popular harbour, its busy at weekand
Ferries are plentiful and immigration procedure is quick.
Nice quiet place.... lots of good food and not crowded
Watch for 3rd floor coffee shop. Nice and cheap mixed rice around the habourfront and vivocity
It's a shopping mall and from my totally disinterested point of view seems to do what it needs to.
What is good is that it is well and clearly signposted so you can get to where you want to be.
Good terminal ferry, many places to shop and eat. If we forgot to bring souvenirs then we can buy here
I like this place my grand daughter enjoyed alot
Good place for cable car and ferry
Clean and many food and shopping options
Busy place as it's the centre for shopping, eating, money changers and everything tourists can do in-between cruise holidays. Aeroline is the only coach which is based here and their office is on Level 2, near lift lobby C.
Beware of the different entrance and exit points so that you can get back to wherever you parked or caught a ride. Take note of the names of landmark shops to assist your navigation.
If you're at the East entrance near Seoul Garden, ensure you type in Seoul Garden as your pick-up for private hire rides. Drivers can reach the drop-off point easily too.
I visits this place monthly as its where the ferries to Batam are.
The only drink/food shop (take aways only) after the immigration where the DFS is, is superb.
Its curry puffs & yu cha kuehs are superb.
Good service, after experiencing ipoh’s star bucks, i learnt to appreciate my neighbourhood service’s more. Fast order taking, very hardworking team that produce their coffee within 3 mins and the coffee was awesome!
4 years plus didn't come Harbour Front, now having tea break with customer hahaha
Today going there to collect my tickets, we leaving on 28/05/24
The Ferry Terminal system was down and there is no recovery process orbplans in place. Very disappointing situation and staff need to be trained.. Senior management need to be trained in ctisis management too. Maybe they were just working behind the desk and knows nothing about ground level crisis... Again, they mau need training too.
Big big mall with plenty of offerings. A pity Kopitiam near MRT Exit E has nothing to offer in d morning except toast, vegetarian food n fish ball noodles., Toast is just d usual, fish ball is lousy n I didn't try d vegetarian food. Lunch hv more choices but then othe food court like Food Republic n Tuck Shop were fully open.
It is just beside Vivocity. It has already been there for more than 40 years and there are many places for you to dine in and there is also a Don Don Donki to buy your daily necessities. The McDonald’s is not that crowded unlike Vivocity and you can go there to have a meal or take a break. There is also a halal Kopitiam to accommodate everyone. It is really a fantastic place to rest from the hustle and bustle of Vivocity. It is also linked to the MRT station so it is really convenient to visit there when you arrived.
Excellent mall right next to cruise terminal and metro line and cable car station
One of Singapore port. The port is on mall area and very clean. Since it is a mall, there are so many stalls. However, I think the luggage submission document printed in shopping-receipt alike is a bad concept. I see several people think it is a receipt for extra payment and just throw it a way. Turnout it is a proof that you submit your luggage to ferry
Cosy and nice environment - wish we can start travelling fully again! Enjoyed Don Don Doki at Harbour front and varieties of local food options here at affordable prices good for locals and foreigners to chill and relax!
My place to go for shopping, dining, movies or a outdoor walk overlooking the ocean and sentosa island. Great location connected with buses going island wide and 2 train stations line. On top of that you can take the monorail to sentosa or even a ferry to Batam (hopefully soon again). If your complain is the crowd… well, every mall in Singapore is crowded 🤷🏻♂️
One of the oldest & hosting many food & entertainment centres. Also a cable car point with great views of sea.
Simple place and nice views of the sea, Sentosa and boats.
Since beside it is Vivo... You are spoil for choice of venues to stroll, peace and quiet... Nice views and best of all Clean clean waters.
old shopping center but it has some interesting shops. I wouldn't go out my way to come here. But it is linked to Vivo so you can easily walk across.
It direct linked from Vivocity and Harborfront MRT. I used to visit to travel on Ferry to Batam or Bus to KL. It has been quite a long time never visited here since. I visited last week only and the Ferry area seemed still empty and I was just visiting Don Don Donki outlet here. Don Don Donki outlet is located at level 3 area above the Ferry waiting lounge.
came back here from Batam to Singapore, the busiest port, and already used an automatic gate. no longer need to queue long and be interviewed for those who have visited Singapore, directly adjacent to the Vivo Mall, and many choices of well-known brand shopping places and also many food choices,
A comprehensive mall that is quite old compared to Vivo City.
Still, it is bustling with shops and is a must-visit, if only to take the cable car to Sentosa Island.
The second floor is connected to Vivo City, so you can come and go without going outside, and there is also an inexpensive food court.
What's unusual is that the Japanese Don Quixote is located on the top floor, which occupies the entire floor and sells most of the items sold in Japan, making you feel like you've traveled to Japan.
I toured this large market
First visit to this place, the rules are almost the same as if we were taking an airplane. Strict inspection too. The place is not too big, only 2 floors I think. There is a money changer available and the cake shop also has an indoor games area for children to kill time while waiting for the ship to depart. I was stuck for a while because the counter printed the wrong date so the automatic gate wouldn't open, so I changed it first. The ferry porter was so helpful, quick and friendly, helped him lift suitcases and strollers or helped him go up and down the stairs.
Difficult to find the cable car station. If you leave the shopping mall and find it, take the Santosaro cable car.
There are lots of seats. But there should be a cell phone charger for visitors/passengers, because nowadays communication is an absolute necessity
this port is very luxurious, it looks like it is a port and a mall. makes me not want to leave singapore, hahaha. fortunately Batam-Singapore is quite close, I'll come again later
