Was attended by the sales representative Alex Ngooi who was very professional and patience in explaining to me on my requirements and what kind of laptop would be apt within my budget and fulfilling my needs. The store manager Mr Henry happened to be in the store and came over to chat with me as a customer asking me if I am being attended by any sales representative. Overall the shopping experience at Seletar Harvey Norman exceeded my expectations. Will definitely come to this outlet for my future needs. Thank you.

Met Mr. Kelvin and bought quite a number of items from him like iPad, iPhone, router, wireless earbuds etc. He is in charge of the IT gadgets and products in this department . He can provide advises on the items before purchasing, and also may try to work out a reasonable and good bargain for the deals. Well don’t expect every staffs knows everything, but Mr. Kelvin considers as a knowledgeable and humble sales executive to deal with. Also need to thanks his colleagues Mr. Henry and Mr. Alex providing good after sales services when Kelvin not available in stall.
