Interesting Isetan outlet in a neighbourhood mall 🤔 there seems to be a sale going on but I’m not sure for how long 👍🏻👍🏻 managed to snag a good deal on a tee and a pair of briefs but there are also many other items on display like ladies’ apparels and shoes so hope you’ll be able to find something you would like 🌸

This Isetan outlet is more of a mini-Isetan (if you've been to the one in the Orchard area, you know what I mean). It is quite different in vibe, but in a good way. This is where more regular people shop, it feels like. They've got the shiny costume jewelry, smaller versions of fancy cosmetics counters, a tiny menswear section and a medium ladies wear section. They have handbags and more handbags, many on sale. They also have shoes, a lot of shoes, but not a ton. Also the sales staff is not pushy at all. They are quietly encouraging and ever helpful. This visit I looked for shoes but didn't find any to my needs. I also looked at blouses and found many items on sale, however all I threw down my money for was one handkerchief. Kind of silly, but my relative has been begging for one of these precious things and there it was, in her preferred colors and a nice feminine pattern. Very classy. I was helped by an employee to find the cash register, too, which was quite necessary as it was way in the back and behind a column! I am grateful for their staff and even more happy to have found the exact thing I was looking for. Yay!

Somehow the brands of goods curated doesn't really appeal to me. Goods like shoes, clothing looks outdated. Only reason for me to visit is to see whether there's a sale. It seems like they bring goods from other isetan stores to this one at nex from time to time and there could have good bargain.

It is Isetan, the renown departmental store. It occupies 3 levels in NEX shopping complex. The last few remaining stores to house all sorts of merchandise under their brand. 1st level - purfumes, cosmetics, bags and shoes. Occasional promotional items can be purchase at this level. Currently, they are having a promotion of Japanese Premium grapes as big as a quail egg and may be bigger. Also, Japanese sweet tangerine. 2nd level - women and men apparel. Look out for sales going on there. Some can be very good buy. 3rd level - children and household products. There are also a lot of good bargains at this level. If you love Japanese brand white goods, this is the place for you as well.

Bought NEFT guns from there.low choices only got a few types of guns bullet also only got the standard type don't even have the mega bullet type. toys selection itself is really low.if buy toys don't recommend others are mostly fine

No variety of household items or sports equipment. Don't reccomend others to visit this branch of Isetan, espescially those living in the south are. Please continue the good service and please bring in more range of items

Nice place to shop. Prices of goods are reasonable and abundance. Can find many things here including children toys.

Alot of food types and places to choose from but can be crowded during meal times and weekends....not advisable to drive there...mrt station is just below the shopping centre!! Huge variety of shops too....nice place to shop.

Partly due to covid, there are huge discounts on most items. Example I saw a leather wallet with RFID protection from Victorian that was going for only $35!

Covid-19 is killing most retailers. Shops are offering 50% to 70% sale but there are no shoppers. Isetan was quiet too.

The brand size of this Japanese department store itself is mid- to high-end. What the store sells are products of well-known brands and standards. The store is located in the large mid-to-high-end Serangoon Nex shopping mall, so it’s okay.
