Reviews of Jem
Nice mall that houses many retailers such as Donki, IKEA. Visit a new retailer, slow green that specialised in preserved leaves.
Same like others for purchasing, food, Clothing, for roaming I will use and some times electronic offer zones available here
I frequent Jem as it is near my workplace. It is extremely crowded during the peak hours. Lots of major brands set up their shop here.
You can find anything in the mall from the latest fashion wear, cafe, restaurants to supermarkets.
It is conveniently located beside Jurong East MRT where there is a connecting bridge to it.
Will be coming here more frequently. A great mall for families as well.
A nice shopping experience in the center of Jurong East. Located conveniently at Jurong East MRT station.
A place to eat with great variety of restaurants and fast food chain. There's a big NTUC fairprice at the basement as well. Famous apparels chain such as H&M, Uniqlo can be found as well.
It's connected to the Westgate as well.
One of the best shopping Centre in the west area
First time trying scalp massage here, & I think I am falling in love with it ~
& also can’t deny staffs here are very friendly and professional ~
Alsoy first time in this shopping mall.it was very nice and convenient.near mrt too.and many choices of brands.
Visited to get books at Kinokuniya and Popular Bookstore. Mall has a nice atmosphere and open concept in some areas however it started raining and some parts of the ceiling indoors started to leak and I got a bit wet. Other than that it was an alright experience.
Super BIG Shopping Mall with Tons of Shops and Restaurants. U can walk until get lost of directions.
This is huge shopping mall next to mrt through connecting bridge, all major brand clothings like UNI QLO, all kind of F&B and many others enjoyed.
nice place for shopping and so many high end restaurants and shops
Nice shopping although it's a bit small. Good for quick shopping and dining. Thank you 😊👌🏻
tl;dr great shopping mall for all your needs in the west side.
JEM is conveniently located and connected to Jurong East MRT. With 5 floors of shops it will cover all your needs. In addition, it is connected to Westgate, IMM and 2 min walk from Jcube. It has a fair price Xtra for groceries and Cathay cinema for movies.
Overall I would rate this place with the following:
Location: 8/10
Ambient: 8/10
Ntuc hyper JEM. Everyrhing under 1 roof. As usual, my fav is the toys department. Drones buy 1 get 1 free and bubbles as cheap as $3.90. Really worth it. Some of the toys are quite high-tec and value for money. Even a big playset supermarket cost $39.90. Other than toys, of course the dry goods and grocery are readily available.
Jem is a suburban mall in Jurong East, Singapore. The mall is directly connected to Jurong East MRT station and close to Jurong East Bus Interchange.
Jem is Singapore's third largest suburban mall housing 241 shop units with over 818,000 square feet of retail space across six levels. Jem's name is a wordplay reference of the mall as the crown jewel of Jurong and Singapore's west.[citation needed] The mall is directly connected to the Jurong East MRT interchange station and located at the junction of Jurong Gateway Road and Boon Lay Way.
Major retailers include Robinsons, FairPrice Xtra, Cathay Cineplexes, Cookhouse by Koufu, H&M, Uniqlo, Marks and Spencer, Muji and Courts.
A nice and cosy mall for shopping and relaxing. It is linked to 2 others malls, making choices of shops very wide. Getting to it is also very easy as it is linked directly to the Jurong East MRT station.
you will know what is people mountain people sea on weekend. every toilet smells bad
Don't forget your passport before you go there for shopping.
Because Branded shop have special offer for the foreginer
- additional 10% Discount on the voucher but U must buy over 100 S$ (min).
- you will get tax free letter from the shop
- you can refund the money at the airport with tax free letter.
Quite a well set up mall with a wide range of shops including the legendary Donk Donki and IKEA.
Nice mall but just like most other malls in SG, same brands.
Excellent midnsize mall with great shops and MRT access. Can walk to adjacent Gateway west and IMM (10 minutes) using J Walk.
overall a good mall to shop and dine
A nice place to shop and a lot if yummy food.
Close to MRT and filled with many popular shops. There are seats for you to rest during your rounds. It's a huge and good place to shop. There's IKEA, Don Don Doki, Pepper lunch and other attractive shops for you to go! Needs cleaner toilets.
nice mall. a lot of shops to shop
my favourite stall at B1 Jem.West last Friday, nevermind price increase, grilled pork was not fresh. Could not tell freshness on satay stick, after pulled out from stick piece by piece, pork was hard and stale taste.
Had a old friends gathering here but as all of us are working do we only manage to reach 7+pm after 9pm most shops will shut but we managed to find Starbucks in the end to chill n chat. West side should have late night chill out places.
One of the better malls in the west of Singapore. With IKEA COURTS NTUC and a host of eateries, there's something for everyone. If you can't find what you want, go next door to Westgate !!!
Good, went to Tsui Wah for quick dinner. But hv to come early, after 6 pm take time to go into carpark to enter.
Is well connected to various transport modes. Its has most of the shops that one would need.
Nice place for shopping n dining. Always full of people
Great mall with many shops and eating options and Cathay cinemas
Many retails and restaurants here! There's also Cathay movie theatre located at the highest floor. The place is connected directly to the train station, Westgate (mall) and Big Box (mall)!
Love thus place -JEM. It is really a jem to me. There are 2 supermarkets- Don Don Donki & NTUC Fairprice. There are many restaurants, fast food, cafe and different varieties of shops. IKEA is here too.
No good reason for this other than good memories made there, but somehow it's one of my fav shopping centres in Singapore. Having said that, nothing especially impressive in terms of stores there or their selection. Last time I was there most shops were actually opening past 11am. Free wifi, so that's always nice.
Has great food and outfit shops. Clean and tidy. However they can add more seats along the corridors
Good place to shopping, but the price is about higher compare to its neighbour, IMM.
Ok ok only
Love this shopping centre, lots of fashion shops, restaurants, and NTUC Xtra. The only disadvantage is the carpark is always packed during dinner time, especially Friday night, either to avoid this place or you need to be very early.
This is one of the Shopping Mall in Jurong East very near to Jurong East MRT Station.,
Extremely crowded. It's a little confusing so needed to come more often to familiarise.
Strategic location with MRT at doorstep, restaurants, bakery shops, banks and many other businesses. The only setback is the escalators are often unusable due to repairs and maintenance. I haven’t seen such a high outage rate for escalators in a mall. Very inconvenient when the escalators were unusable as the lifts would jam-packed with people and long waits.
Having lunch with my family here today at the jam food court. Is a newly renovated food court with the new food stall inside. Food tasted nice, up to standard
One of the better malls in the west conveniently located next to the MRT.
The mall have good shops with major tenants and plenty of food options mostly in the basement and upper floors.
It's one of the better malls located in the western part of Singapore.
Nice shopping center with good varieties of items.
Mall layout is easy to navigate. You can get most of what you want over here. Many restaurants to choose from as well.
Update: more and more seats have been removed to make way for retail stores, especially those at B1. It'll be good if we can have more seats so that we can take a short break when we are tired.
What you want to find in town you can find it all here at Jem!...
For the little ones to the eldest ones all available here under one roof...
There's a huge range of things you can do here. There's things for all ages. it's connected to the MRT station and there is another mall nearby which is a huge plus. I would say the mall looks really nice. Toilets are sometimes not clean but most of the time it is because of inconsiderate people who don't know how to flush for some reason. Was a pleasant surprise to know they used rainwater for the flushing toilets. That being said, you don't really have to worry about the light colouration toilet flushing. Overall it's a great mall!
It's a mall that has various different kind of shops to satisfy the crowds. It is also a popular location for both the students to hangout after school and the workers in the surrounding area during lunchtime. There is a rooftop that everyone can access through the lift at the hawker center at level 5, it's a place to chill and take great Instagram pics at the golden hour.
A must go place!!! Connected to the Jurong East mrt, it offers a wide variety of pleasures for those seeking a day out at a mall.
Along with IKEA, Courts, H&M, and various other outlets it also has places for all kinds of cuisines!
Lots of F&B options and great place to shopping as it’s linked to other malls such as JCube, West Gate and IMM
Very crowded during lunch break.
I went there to OCBC Bank to settle my card issue. It was very fast & the male staff who attended to me was Awesome. Everything went great & smooth without any obstacle. AWESOME OUTSTANDING STAFF 😊👍🏻 SYMPATHIC & EMPATHIC
One of the excellent additions to the west in the last decade! So many good food options (Food courts, restaurants and cafes), Cathay cinema and additional shopping options. It has over the years become an integral part of meetups also due to the convenience of bus interchange and mrt station.
Well balanced slew of shops
Good for shopping ! variety of good stuffs in here !
1 of the bigger mall in the Jurong East commercial hub with good mixed international & local brand named shops like Ikea, H&M, Uniqlo, Don Donki, NTUC, Cotton On, Courts, Challenger, Swaroski & many more listed.
The toilet hand blower berm out of order for more than 7 months, still never get it done. And the toilet in a fround floor was very bad smell all the while.
Medium sized mall, wait a great layout. Great variation of food and retail shops. Basement of the mall includes a pretty large size supermarket. Easy to navigate around.
It’s easy to shop and shop. The location is not too far.
Clean and tidy. Many varieties of shops. Spacious. Polite staff. Comfortable shopping.
Neat and clean. There is a wide variety of shops. Spacious. Staff are polite. Shopping is very comfortable.
Clean and tidy. The store has a lot of variety. Spacious. Polite staff. Shopping is comfortable.
It was close to Christmas, so there were a lot of events going on, so it was crowded.
