I’ve been a loyal customer of Lab Series for years, and a big part of that loyalty is thanks to the outstanding service from Vishvam! I first met him years ago at the Robinsons Raffles City outlet, and even though that store is no longer around, he still remembers me every time I stop by the Tang’s branch. He’s always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, giving excellent advice tailored to my needs. What I appreciate most is that he never pushes for an upsell. He knows how to recommend products that work well without breaking the bank—a rare quality in sales today. His dedication to customer service is truly commendable, and he’s a big reason I continue to stick with Lab Series.
