Homely neighbourhood shopping mall; anchored by 2 supermarkets namely Giant and Sheng Siong. Never worry of lack of amenities whenever one shops here.

Our first time here to eat dinner at E & D Co! Didnt expect there are alot of eateries like subway, bubbletea shops, 7eleven and giant there! The kids love to play at the ball pit at one of the bookshop! Will definitely come again!

Best heart land shopping centre in Loyang and Eastern Pasir Ris. Still the best heartlanders paradise. Shops are all opened and back in business. No change, except for those driving, have some road diversion. Look out for new road signage/directions. Still good as before. Neighborhood mall, variety of food and beverages. 2 popular supermarket chain covers most of your needs. Handful of fast food options. Ample halal food with one hawker stall at the Koufu food court. Paid rooftop parking can get crowded during peak hours do take into account.

Not an extraordinary shopping mall but it’s those friendly neighbourhood shopping mall located near the residential areas. It has all the things we need to run our daily errands. Sheng siong, laundry, bakery, etc. Building is well maintained too.

It's an alright mall. Pretty small, but the location doesn't allow for a larger mall with better restaurants. Would be nice if they had a steamboat buffet place or kbbq restaurant. It needs a good cafe to chill and chat with friends or work. The toast box is a waste of space, tbh.

Many food outlets included 2 forecourts offering a good variety. A large supermarket provide good convenience for domestic needs and prices are very reasonable. Parking during peak hours may be difficult though.

Food - It had a good variety of f&b outlets for such a small mall. Daily Necessities - There are 2 grocery shopping stores (Sheng Shiong & Giant) and comes with DIY stores. Toilet - If you're looking for a toilet then maybe this isn't the best place 😉

Well maintained place. It has food stalls, bakery, mobile shop, bubble tea shop, clothing store, fast food giants, groceries shopping at Giant and Sheng Siong. Koufu is quite famous at this place. The food at ED&Co is great. There's a 7-11 here for a quick grab. It also has few clinics such as dental, women's and a GP. It is accessible easily by Bus.

Small neighbourhood mall with essentials covered. Two supermarkets, two food courts, a handful of other eateries including McDonald's, Burger King and Yoshinoya. Several salons and barber shops too.

This neighbourhood centre has more variety than a typical set up. With brands like Toastbox, Kopitiam, Giant and sheng shiong which are some names you would expect to find in a town centre. I went to check out one of this booth there that's charge by the min usage.

There are 2 supermarkets in this mall. There is a food court and many eateries here. Mcdonalds, Burger King, Subway and many more are available here. Carpark is on the 3rd floor and the carpark entrance is at the back of the mall. Make sure you keep to the left and up the slope as the ground floor parking is for loading and unloading of goods only. New addition to the mall is Anytime Fitness which is located on the 5th floor.

Loyang point is a nice place where you can buy sesame oil chicken with rice. Liho brown sugar bubble tea. There is a giant and a Seng siong to buy daily vegetable and meat. There is also MacDonald and burger king. There is plenty of parking spaces available and most are sheltered. There is also a pet shop with many cats

Like any other shopping mall lor. Just one small heartland mall. But there are nice meat Pattie rice there at the food court near the 4D shop. Can ask them for more sauce though.

Come here often. For marketing, u hav a choice of sheng siong n giant. Many eating places too, from bk, subway, chumpo, MacDonald, a food court, etc. Bear in mind tt if u order something from subway thro foodpanda by self pick-up, when collecting ur order, u need to write down ur name n hp no. on a delivery rider list. Funny, I know

Nowadays, I go to Loyang Point every often. I take Bus no: 359 to the mall. Importantly, the main entrance of Giant is opened for the shoppers. I sincerely want to thank the Management for their quick response to my feedback.
