I was served by Josephine at the lingerie section earlier this week and her diligence and patience is remarkable. The items I wanted were already taken off the shelf and after promising me that she would look for it in the storeroom nearby, she had to dig in several cartons. I did not know it was so "buried" as she did not complain at all and did not say anything negative (eg, that it may not be found), and best of all, she found them!! Very rare in customer service these days, must praise.

Very well organised department store and it was a good place to browse around.. There are wide range of items here such as clothing, shoes, snacks, household item, travel item etc...... Love their pastries and bread! 🥖🥨🥐

Marks & Spencer is well known for clothing. Other than clothing I like range of food M&S have. I like different types of bread and vegan items available here. Vegan Mayo is real tasty. Lets get back to clothing, I like to buy kids clothing from here. Good for plus size people where most of the clothing brands does not have such size M&S have it. Usually I find value for money at M&S.

Home away from home. Love visiting here. Clothes section is large at this branch, the food section pretty small compared to others, no fridge section. Please stock crumpets :)

This store is great! There's a food section tucked away at the back and the clothing range in the main part of the store is great. Special thanks to Ramon for absolutely wonderful service - he greeted me with a cheery "good morning sir!", guided me to the area of the store where I could find what I needed, and even popped into the back room to find the specific item in my size, which wasn't in the racks on the shop floor. Great job, Ramon!

M&S has a lot of our favourites that we miss from England. From the UK beers to other M&S brand treats. They've got a great selection of M&S brand packaged food. Our favourite is the giant chocolate buttons. Easy to get to and the staff are really helpful whether you're looking for something or they are fulfilling a Food Panda delivery order.

British imported biscuits, chocolates, food. Good quality. Clothes unfortunately do not stock extreme huge sizes. Being not petite Asian, difficult to find size.
