Always reliable good value clothes cooking ware and many other department store items you can expect. Great service if you treat them nicely too. Prices for menswear are competitive and the range is good. Sorry no photos this visit.

I would like to leave a message to applaud the Staffs at OG. Many working here are middle age to senior Staffs and despite long hours standing etc they still do not complain and go beyond with their service. The Staffs are always kind, friendly and humble which made us feel welcomed and not out of place. My mother was looking for clothes at L2 and one of the aunties really try to help so thank you so much.

Og is strong on promotion given by suppliers. Some departments have shrunk. Do not provide bags for purchases. Value of a department store purchase and a supermarket purchases...item value is so much different. Personally have cut down buying due to no bags provided.

The OG building has three floors that you can shop from. It is really big inside and there are a lot of things that you can buy there. i have recently went there to buy a pan. There was great service as well as a friendly salesman to help you choose your pan of preference. It was a great time there and you can really purchase lots of things, such as clothings, snacks, shoes etc. A really good place to shop.

Always go there for any toys shopping haul.. kids section in the top floor, u have lots n lots of options for toys clothing! Toys prices are little reasonable but clothing I feel is overpriced So for me it’s always for kids toys!

Very good store. You will be able to get all of the things you could think from a department store. They run offer campaign time by time which is also very attractive mostly. Many staffs are available who would help us in shopping. Highly recommended from my perspective and experience with shopping here.

This OG has nice stretchable (at waist) working pants for fat guys like me. Shirts are not cheap but you can always find some promotions especially when you buy a few pieces. Remember to sign up as member in September when you just need to purchase $75 and above. Other months would be $300 and above in a single receipt (or maybe receipts in same day). Member benefits quite good.. Especially for the special price items you can get using points. Their baby and child products and toys are really huge variety. I started going OG when I needed to shop for baby stuff.. I love the chocolate stuff at level 3 too.. Surely pack some home.. Oops.. Is it why I need new and bigger pants.. LOL.

Sales staff polite and helpful. However, driving there needs caution because of road diversion. Must keep to right lane at the fork. Otherwise will get into Waterloo Street.

Good buying experience with OG (Albert Branch). Last weekend, I purchased half a dozen raw honey + 2 sets Eurotex King size bedsheets; all with good reasonable discounts. On top of that, the purchase entitled for a free delivery which took about 3-days to arrive; acceptable to me. The delivery service is excellent; rec'd pre notice, packages properly packed to protect items.

Excellent service. Knowledgeable, look for product and recommend the choices available. Patient and bring in three sizes of hush puppies with gel heels to try and help to get the correct fit. Cashiers too are friendly reminding the expiry of membership and renewal.

I was passing by and decided to visit the store for a short while. I sense the place is more compact and filled with more products; relatively lesser free spaces compared to some other shopping centres. Although it is near to Albert Centre... human traffic within OG was light. Sales staff approached was helpful and even lingered on for a while to ensure i find what i needed. Hopefully the weekend crowd brings better business opportunity given the good attitude of the staff.

It is very great place in Singapore for buying clothes during the month of Christmas. The store offer the good price, off from 15% to 75%.

A busy shopping mall targeted at the older local and tourist shoppers. The range of kitchenware available is of surprisingly good quality, and some are pretty unusual. There are also live demos to give you tips on how to cook and use the ware. Outside the mall, I wish the environment could have been cleaner and more attractive.

Like to share my endearing heartwarming services at OG Albert. On 12 Jun 22, brought my elderly mum seated in a wheelchair for window shopping. Shortly she complained of diarrhoea and hence I panicked to buy her a new pants. In a hurry I lost her blue wallet. Then I reported this lost to 3rd level customer service and ground floor security officer. All staff were very concerned and empathised with me as replacing mum's nric will be costly and troublesome. To my surprise on 14 Jun, I received a call from OG that mum's wallet was found. All cash and cards were fully intact without a single lost. Honestly we are very happy that mum's wallet was found and even happier with OG amazing staff. Thank all very much!

I very like come here shopping, you know why ?? It was a family shopping mall . Cos before I just stay at Rochor Centre only. At year 2010 Nov. Now no more Rochor Centre . Hehe OG when offer ,we must go there shopping, it got a lot of stuff can buy and I feel the prices are OK for me . Not expensive. Love it so much . Everything that I like to buy ,can buy at there .

I visited OG at Albert branch on the 2nd of October. I purchased some outfits and then came to the ground floor to purchase a small card and coin purse. As i am actually renewing my membership card. I had so much of difficulties on loging in with my password before i could make any payments. It was a peak hour to get any assistance from the staff at the counter but inspite of the non stop and continous queue the staff on duty, unfortunately i forgot her name, took the efforts on guiding me. I successfully logged in. She was so dedicated and pleasant with a good customer service provided. I thank her again for the satisfaction experience.

Oriental Garment is a shopping complex that has been a round to have their brand shape.ibto every Sinvaporen. They were famous for offering ladies garment at a time when it was common for ladies to make their own dresses. Ladies would purchase an attire that they would always be proud of.

It's my wife's favourite shopping place besides the other stalls at Orchard and People's Park. She has been with all the OGs stalls for 40 over years. The price of blouses have increased tremendously. Those days, the OG member card is of no use. Whatever points you earned is really hopeless. For eg. When one wants to redeem what's on offer, you still have to pay partially. I find that this is not fair and at that point of time I wanted to stop my wife from going to OG stalls. As of the recent 1 to 2 years, things have changed (for the better). All points awarded were converted to $$$ Value and customers can make use of the $ points to pay for their purchases. She will looked for the regular Sales person who usually made good recommendations. This is usually at the OG People's Park outlet.

6 August after 7 pm.Mall was deserted.The staff stationed at the entrance should always be pleasant as they reflect the company's image.If you decide to stationed a stern,rough and unfriendly security staff,do you actually think shoppers would return?The only reason I'm awarding Five Stars is because i was served by a very hardworking bespectacled female sales promoter at the Male Undergarments Section.I can't say the same for her cold,non service oriented colleague who sarcastically mentioned small size Renoma Briefs was unavailable for a particular design.I was appalled but i consoled myself just by looking at her waist.The hardworking sales promoter was busy counting stock and display but still she took time to make sure i got what i wanted. She also served everyone at the section. Another Two sales promoter at Renoma Men's Shirt deserves mentioning for assisting me in searching for the right size. Very helpful,courteous and i made sure i thanked both.

Very nice sales people. Nothing much has changed since I last worked in this OG. Kudos to management for training employees right in customer service. Well recommended place to shop as all staff are very keen and kind to spend time to explain. Maybe it's because of COVID, there isn't much customers, so they can spend more time with me. But really, if this was the standard back then (pre-covid) in 2014 when I was working here, and it's STILL the same now in 2021, then OG has done really well to maintain the standard despite the calamities / pandemic that is looming around the corner. Good job OG!

A kind of supermarket like Sogo or Matahari in Indonesia. It's just that the goods are not as complete as in Orchard et al. If you want to come here from Bugis MRT, just go straight towards Bugis Street until you get stuck, then we cross straight, follow the road and we'll meet you.
