🔶️ Orchard Central mall. 🟨 This mall has 12 floors of retail shopping & eateries above ground and 2 basement levels. 🟦 Unlike the usual traditional mall designs, a central atrium is omitted. 🟨It also features a "super long escalator" which takes pedestrians on street level directly up to Level 4. 🟫 Orchard Central mall has several flagship stores like Uniqlo, a 24-hour Don Donki supermarket and Tokyu Hands. ❇️ There is also a pond located on the 12th storey of the building.

It's a relatively smaller shopping mall compared to the other malls in the Orchard road vicinity. The food options were very limited and it was bit crowded. There was an open market in one section, few food places and bigger stores like Uniqlo, Underarmour, Adidas, Filan, MMA etc. were also there.

One of the shopping malls situated in the vicinity of Somerset MRT station. Historically, the place has been relatively quiet compared to the neighbouring malls until recently when more F&Bs were added. There are still plenty of empty retail spaces because of rapid turn around. Layout of the mall can be very confusing. Connects to 313 Somerset and Orchard Gateway mall.

Huge shopping mall with many known brand stores. I am not a huge shopper, but made a quick trek to the free rooftop gardens here! Found on floors L11 and L12 (which is only accessible by escalator on L11), it offered a sense of calm amidst the crazy crowds below. They were pretty small and didn't take too long to walk and look around.

Hallo Mr Alvin how are you 👍. - 2nd wil trying her best come to us show face to us customer her great service 👍👍👍👍 . - 3nd always she let us feeling that It’s worth it to come here enjoy time 👍👍👍👍👍 . - 4th it's great to see from her vivi have a very big difference than all the staff , walking area and busy . plus helping 👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️ . - 5th seen now is 2024 and singapore National day is coming soon plus miss vivi customer service is up there . than can i request to k.cook.k supervisor and manager do something nice and great to this k.cook.k staff vivi from 313 Somerset . seen her customer service is good . ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ because always when me & my wife walk in to the store show saw few staff Stand over there and don't care got Wearing a mask . always saw they having a black face , sleepy , no smile and looks very blur & tired. can understand they got how tired for working as F&B . so is that the supervisor and manager can do something . thank you . but Don doing this way . not so nice . so with hope boss can trying to change they mood to be better .

This is one of the better places to spend an afternoon browsing like most malls featuring the same stores over and over.

Another big mall off orchard street. plenty to explore, shop and eat. A seemingly endless maze of escalators takes you where you want to be.

It's not always crowded because there isn't much to see here. But one thing nice about this place is their rooftop garden. It's quite a view in the evenings and it's great to chill after a long day of walking.

The place to go if you love Japanese products and lots of establishments from abroad. Especially food and snacks. There's DonDon Donki which opens 24 hours, Lady M, Tokyu Hands a myriad of cute establishments (Pompompourin cafe!) in the huge stretch that connects with 313 too. Also saw a lot of beauty parlors and salons but haven't tried...

Very nice and centrally locates mall, with many restaurants, cafes and shops. Many clothes shops and sports shops are here. Parking is from the back from Somerset road, through Killiney road. Very open kind of layout gives good feeling of space and it is usually not crowded. Mrt connection is from Somerset station and many buses pass through this area. Overall a good mall and you can spend few hours having coffee, snacks and doing window shopping

As the name stated, it's the center of Orchard. Linked either by walkway (Orchard Gateway, 313 Somerset) or link bridge (Orchard Point, Centrepoint), Orchard Central is strategically located in the Central Orchard. At Orchard Central, one can get distracted easily with the amount of wheel carte stores at level 1, the library at level 3 and 4, and many levels of shops within Orchard Central and the surrounding shopping centres. The library is a must visit when one is in the vicinity. Orchard Central also have a open roof access, so one can go up and enjoy the cool breeze, and great scenery offered by the surrounding.

I like that there's Tokyu hands here, and we can get good and cute stuff. Food options here are good, with cafes and restaurants catering to most budgets and multiple tastes. Location wise, it's great, sitting at Somerset MRT on the NSL. They usually have pop up shops in the middle of the atrium / Central area, so you get to see new stuff all the time.

Orchard central is conveniently linked together with 313, orchard gateway , centerpoint (from basement) it’s like a little enclave of orchard on it’s own. Orchard central has a large UNIQLO, few storeys of clothing to shop. Many eateries like Japanese sushi, set meals, fast food Mexican, chicken wings , cafes etc for coffee cakes etc. there’s also a huge Japanese supermarket with food court and affordable bar. The layout of orchard central is abit confusing. The top floors are not very well known but there’s many restaurants too. Due to linkage to other neighboring orchard malls, and hotel, this is a very well linked location with all kinds of shopping - clothing, shoes, pharmacies, hair salon, gym, dance studio etc

Shopping high end? This is the place to be. A lot of cool stores spread out on its many floors. There's plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from, as well.

Great hotel, stayed for some work training. Very nice rooms and facilities, pleasant staff. Awesome roof top bar and pool with stunning views of the city and handily located above a large mall for general shopping.

Lots of good food and a huge Don Donki at the basement. If you drive, they do have quite a bit of parking spaces but takes forever to get up. Overall, a pretty nice mall looking for food and some supermarket shopping.

Mall layout a bit confusing, takes awhile to get around. Better look up directory. They have nice glass lifts though. Has some very good popular shops & restaurants/cafés as well as some not so popular but interesting ones. At least there's variety.

Lots of youngsters. Only the lower floors look more bustling. The upper floors are a bit quiet. But they are some really good restaurants upstairs. Good it explore the upper levels. Orchard Central also have my favourite clothing store! Uniqlo! And it is their global flagship.

Nothing much on this mall, most of the time I come here for don don donki and tokyu hand. Parking was small, they have like 5A, 5B, 5C for one floor with limited parking space. The lift from carpark itself can't reach to first floor, have to transfer to another level first. Parking on Sunday was quite expensive, it was $5 something for 2.5 hours.

Quirky shopping mall with an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars, shops and salons. Really interesting internal design and decor, but the layout is convoluted and you'll more likely than not end up wondering where you are exactly! But that's a great way to get lost and drawn into some of the special finds here.

Great place for shopping. There are huge crowds in the afternoons and eveninings. It is a six storey shopping complex located in the famous Orchard Road. There is a great selection of clothing, shoes, accessories, gadgets, jewellery, watches, fragrances and gifts. All the famous, including international, brands are available. One can try climbing 30 meter high indoor wall. And then one must visit the roof-top restaurant.

This shopping mall is probably trying a little too hard along the entire orchard road belt. It tries to be a little more vibrant and sophisticated with their decorations and layout of things, but I'm my opinion turns out to be quite a poorly executed concept. It's very hard to navigate around this mall, as there are special lift lobbies to specific floors, and the escalator are not in one unified side of the mall. Shop layouts are also a little awkward, where it's very hard for you to know where it is, and even shops like Lady M, has to be funnily set up because of the building structure. Overall I feel that the shopping experience can be better managed and improved, but for the time being, I'll probably just stick to the ground floor and use this as a passing by place.

The food is definitely average. I don’t see why it’s the best rib restaurant. The dessert is corn cake which is too oily. The portion is definitely big. Enough for 3 big Asian eaters up to 6. The salad is not too bad actually. Fries are very dry and tasteless. Sausages are okay but I think the grilling wasn’t done well. The store wasn’t busy yet you see a lot of table reserved but no one turned up. I asked for an inside seat and the staff just replied they are reserved 😓

Upgrading Service to 4K Setup Box is simple & fast. Though attending staff seem pretty new, he have a Senior to back him up, Good. Just for Feedback, there is a procedure (on How to set up the 4K Setup Box) to follow wasn't advise/attached together for the Customer. Fortunately I pick up a brochure pamphlet, if not would have problems setting it up at home.

A lot of Bars and restaurant. Good place to have a date. :) A bit noisy outside but you just have to choose those bars that you can sit inside. A lot of teens and professional comes here and foreigners as well.

A clean and posh looking shopping area. The only drawbacks for some of the restaurants are that they are situated at quite high level. For convenience, have to take lift there. I supposed not very usual for walk in customers..

Great Place to be with outdoor areas to relax after a day out on the Rooftop Garden as well as areas at level 4 nearer to Orchard Gateway! The place is wheelchair accessible but lifts could be less confusing with stops on different floors.

Great place for food, of many varieties. A must try is Tenya, located at the basement, next to Tokyu Hands. The tempura is superb and the price is reasonable. If you are into fashion, check out the huge Uniqlo store.

I think this is a very standard shopping mall in Singapore it is centrally located so it is very popular shopping mall but the thing I don't like about it is that some of the way the upper floors on design is White Oak would you have to walk around a lot to find where you want to eat that so I don't like that too much but generally it's a popular shopping mall and it's a typical example of what Singaporean shopping mall is like there is almost everything here

Excellent place to go for shopping and leisure activities. Orchard central is especially popular among tourists. It features lots of shops and as many restaurants. Unfortunately for those who dislike shopping, there isnt much to do at Orchard Central except shopping or eating. There is also the occasional movie theatre here and there if you get bored of shopping. For those wondering, there are many restrooms littered across Orchard central and carparks are also available for those who own a vehicle.

Shopping center above Someset station. I plan to do a little window shopping and then go to the food court in the basement. The bridge over the crosswalk that connects the buildings across the street is cool.
