Reviews of Parkway Parade
It is no doubt a nice shopping mall, but the layout is simply confusing and complex. Being there many times and yet cannot orientate myself easily where are the correct exit once you are inside the mall, lack of clear signage for directions.
Please consider opening another food court like last time, it would add variety to all. mos burger and ajisen ramen and timezone spots are vacant.
Good old days like bagus on the third level that is halal. It was popular with families and individuals. Food republic always the same stalls. So little choice for hawker fare.
I remember coming here in the early 1990s when Toys R Us was a big block toy store in front of the Parkway Parade.
Something about this mall is uniquely charming to me. And it seems to have continuously improved and kept up with the times.
Many neighbourhood malls seem to disappear, and throughout this period, the Parkway Parade has constantly improved itself.
Great local mall. Excellent food court. 2 big supermarkets. Japanese supermarket. High end butcher and bakeries. Some great eateries but not cheap. Several electronics stores. All the banks you need within 5 minutes walk
Good saw darshen too and alot of shops more than i12
Let me tell you that I am a bit biased towards Parkway Parade because it is really close to my house and all that I need is easily available but the only thing that I don’t see in parkway parad is an Indian store however all other things are easily available. I do visit the cold storage because some of the Indian products sold by them.
I love this mall so big and convenient
Parkway Parade. This mall has been there since I was young, and although many things have changed, I still feel that this is the best mall I have been to. They have a food court, and have improved the facilities as well
Really The place to go fro dumpling af various types. Excellent. Must visit place . On saturdays and Sundays around 12:00 Noon to 2:00 Pm be ready for wait time of 30 minutes to one hour
Like this place as I can still get my favourite Japanese food. Not really my clothing shopping place, but the NTUC is a place where you can get your groceries.
One of the best malls around. Has loads of food and retail options available. Very spacious compared to alot of the newer malls
It's been a long time in facts almost a year never been there. Lots of shops and new place to eat. There is a vegetarian restaurant D'life Signature for those are interested it's located at level 1 next to Starbucks
Has a hidden playground at level 1 after you cross hourglass and bata, kids can enjoy. Open to sun and rain.
Full of shops, market and food court. Good atmosphere
This shopping mall is one of my favourite. Very lively and crowded always. Lots of shops, eateries, supermarket and so on.
Nice mall with many halal eating places!
Parkway has serviced the Marine Parade / East Coast community for a while. While the mall clearly is in need of some refreshing, the shop and food options are what makes this a great mall. There are 2 huge supermarkets, 1 of which ends at 11PM. Every nook and cranny has food options to choose from. And with the upcoming TEL (Brown) line, this mall becomes even more accessible.
I went her with my friend and it has plenth of places to go to! Wheter you want to buy a dessert or snack, eat a full meal, buy some items at a Watsons or even buy clothes or have fun, its all there! I even suggest you try the $1 icecream at the basement, trust me its worth it :)
Try the Ah Ma fishball noodles at the foodcourt located in the basement. Old school chicken bowls and nostalgic taste! 😋 Try the Chang Chen mixed vegetable rice too! And Tom yum noodles.
A very good place for makan & getting essentials that I need.
Today, found a 'new' place - Wu Shui Men (pls see attached picture on the food bought)to tabao food home.
Very well maintained retail mall although it's already more than 40 yrs old. But no big brands over here. It's more of a "everyday" brands which is also available in other malls
Smaller mall but with some great shops. It has a lovely hawkers market in the vicinity
This place a good place to have meal if you like Vietnam food... cheers
Good shopping centre. Neat & clean.
More for food this mall. Which is available in most of the mall. Nothing too special
many shops here! clothing, electronics, homeware, food! very very nice.
One of the nicest and nostalgic malls in between the east and central of Singapore. That itself makes the place iconic and big enough to attract the crowd and expecially over the weekends. Plenty of options with foodcourt, movie screens, school and activity centres for kids, office space, all under one roof. Our favourite is hokkaido cheese tart.. Parking is slightly issue over the wekeends though.
PP is a very old suburban shopping mall in Marine Parade, housing a 17-floor office tower and a seven-storey shopping mall with a basement.. opened in 1984.
Lots of shops and Timezone is a spot for all kids.
It’s a good place for having a fun ice cream with friends. The AI-Cha shop sells Vanilla cone ice cream.
We had another great fun at the Emmalines Manicures, Christmas set at affordable rate as they have a discount ❤️🌷🍀🎉
The only large mall in a very densely populated residential area with every day stores. Hence especially crowded on weekends but still large enough to accommodate weekend rush.
Only challenge is that it takes forever to get in and out of parking.
The mall offers a wide variety of stores and services, from supermarkets to specialty shops and restaurants.
Because of the ongoing work it has become quite difficult to reach here.
Also, I found it a bit difficult to navigate from one place to another inside the complex.
A great local mall. Big food court, not much Halal though.. 2 BIG supermarkets. Some great eateries but not cheap. Someelectronics stores. All banks are here too.
No MRT nearby though, only buses there.
Can walk to East Coast Park from Parkway Parade.
To go place for most things. Has ntuc timezone pokemon gaole a lot of kid friendly rides. Ample parking too.
Love it that they have a cinema here now.
A mall that constantly reinvents itself. I'm glad to keep coming here over the last 20 years as the management is simply exceptional. A good mix of restaurants! They even have a food republic at the basement level.
Great customer svc fm Natasha fm the concierge who worked hard to help me look for my misplaced newly purchased jewelry - she asked mecwhere i may hv gone & i listed a few places and went to chk it out w the shops and the bench near taxi. Truly appreciated the effort!!!! Thank you !!! (Ps: found :)
FairPrice very big. Recommend if u like big FairPrice.
Great local mall :) not the biggest but has essentially everything you need!
Still relevant even after all these years. Has a large food court with a wide selection, whilst also boasting a wide variety of restaurants and cafes. Neat variety of shops that offers the essentials without being overtly expensive. Parking in the multi storey carpark might prove a little bit of a challenge as it's somewhat different from the usual structure. Family friendly mall.
Can find most things here from banking to groceries, flowers to bedsheets. Lots of eateries from fast food to mid range steaks and Japanese cuisine. Cinema too and 2 famous pharmacies as well. What's there not to like ??
Well rounded catalogue of shop, food courts, globally recognized ATMs, mid range shops. Pre-Covid, had real nice displays and innovative products and discounts. Really used to enjoy the movies and eateries. Best part is, some of real good pubs are nearby @Katong.
Amazing mall with not 1 but 2 grocery store with nice eateries and shops food centre below and also has 2 banks super convenient for ppl and has a wide variety of shops 🏬 restaurants 👨🍳 and there is a Harvey Norman some saloon too groceries store is fresh too from the pictures
Hako at #B1-25 and grabbed my Emu Oil & African Potato Cream
For shopping A to Z home / personal items with added attraction of multi cuisine food court at basement.
This place is epic. 4 Towers, 2 tennis courts, 2 50m sized swimming pools, a mini water park for kids, multiple wading pools, multiple stacked BBQ pits (one for each type of cuisine, some even have fridges? its nuts) close to ECP. The only issue is that is not near the MRT, only near the bus stop at Seaside condo (which is about 200m walk away).
What I especially like is that there are like 3 decent size lifts per tower and no need card to go up to specific floors making it easy to accommodate visitors.
Always liked to spend a quiet afternoon in this mall. Once the lunch crowd subsided around 2pm, the eateries eased into half load. Plenty of cool and quiet seats aroumd. The cool long beverage went down well between a few chapters of my latest novel. Just sheer enjoyment!
One of my favourite malls to visit due to its variety and convenience. But I'm so sad to hear Isetan is closing its outlet here soon, definitely one of the department stores with good quality products. Food variety is one of the best at Parkway Parade.
Best, spacious and not crowded even on a Sunday. 😊👍
Kudos to a sweet Indian young girl working at the concierge for being patience to every shoppers who came to her for assistance.
I was at the concierge on 9 January late afternoon, seeking her help to update my rewards points, and had already notice her good service attitude with the shopper before me.
She informed me about the new shoppers’ rewards program, assisted me in downloading the app, and waited patiently for this old lady to complete my registration without a slight sign of impatience from her at all.
Thank you for making my already satisfied visit an even better one.
A nice heartland mall that is family-friendly and you can settle most of your needs here.
Services and facilities include:
Giant and Cold storage (Supermarkets)
Great dining options for all meals of the day and suited to any budget
Toys R Us
Harvey Norman (Electronics store)
Clothes shop
Family friendly arcade
Fast food outlets
And much more...
A great place to shop for groceries (2 mega supermarket: ntuc & cold storage plus Daiso and Japan home) and electronics (Harvey Norman & Best Denki). Love to eat at the foodcourt basement and ice cream at swensons.
Coffeebean cakes are nice to have. Smooth texture and pair well with the beverage.
Parkway Parade used to be one of my favourite Malls that I used to patronised prior to Covid-19. But then Post Covid, many of the boutique shops that I used to buy my dresses had stopped operating. Even the Food Court that used to have nice & yummy Eateries & desserts, No longer exist. Such a big Disappointment. However, today I went there, I'm surprised that it's beginning to function well. I still like this Mall though.
Decent mall located in Marine Parade. You can get almost anything under one roof. Clinics, banks, eateries, watch shops, photocopy & stationery, there are 2 supermarkets here. NTUC is on the 3rd floor and Coldstorage is at B1. Parking is a pain here.
Been years since I last visited Parkway Parade and I was recently served by Ms Wati at the Concierge who provided excellent service in advising me to download the Landlease app with promo code (which I forgot to input). She then assured me that she will help check with their backend later to credit the points. Great!
You’d find almost everything here including a few good casual restaurants too. It’s the center of shopping activities along the east coast. The only complaint I have is the parking. During rush hour, even when there are parking spaces on upper floors, it may still take you a good 10 mins, if not 15, to get to them. There are usually too many cars trying to park along the driveway up the carpark. All the cars are backed up as a result. To get around this problem, we would ensure the shopping or dinning is worth the pain of driving up the car park before we would go during the weekend. Weekday traffic is manageable.
I went to the kids' zone. I went with my nephew I played many games with him. If you don't have kids then you also go bowling and their VR. Your inner child will be happy 😊
Much renovation is being carried out in the vicinity of Parkway Parade, with numerous road diversions although that does not detract the fact that this place is constantly innovating and redefining itself. A great place for families, gets especially crowded during the weekends with droves of people from the area coming for a leisurely walk.
Only one shopping centre in the east side nearby marine parade
A great community shopping center under Lendlease. Staff are warm-hearted and and patient. Nice restaurants, convenient stores, basically you can get most of your daily needs here.
I like this mall, not so big but almost everything you will need is here plus good food choices from casual to formal dining and it has 6 cinemas so yeah this is why I rated it 5 stars.
My favourite shopping centre since childhood. Except for the lack of a cinema, you can find almost everything you need here. Design of this mall is less complicated as compared to those at Punggol and Serangoon and in terms of activities, this mall is always having some sort of fair all year round.
Great mall to shop. FairPrice Xtra, Cathay Cineplex, numerous eateries like Din Tai Fung, KFC, Papa Rich, and the large Toys 'R' Us can engage shoppers for a while. Parking is plentiful too.
There is a cinema now at level 7. It's quite cosy and not congested. Tickets are way to get. You will never be short of food The eateries are at the basement (hawker styled), clustered at level 1 on the right corner of the building (small stalls and restaurants) and also with restaurants located at various level. Many pharmaceutical shops large and small are located at the basement. A one-stop non-stop shopping complex. A nice place to stroll around and buy what comes to your mind.
People here are so warm and helping
Giant supermarket, Singtel, food court, cotton, Isetan. Swenson & four leaves.
Good shopping centre in d east. Not too big not too small. A varitey range of outlets are available.. good food options too. Other options are also available on d outside of the shopping mall.
Currently some major road works are ongoing due to an upcoming mrt station.
There is a library nearby too. Beach is near too.
Spoil for choice with the variety of stores.
Ate uni ramen in sushiro, drank Horlick soyfreeze in jollybean etc. Yummy!
Walked to the nearby library and Popular bookstore. Convenient spot with lots of amenities 😊
Pretty much the standard bearer of malls in the East of Singapore! Been here since the 80s, going strong and growing stronger!
The shops are nicely balanced between shopping, dining and services/amenities, regularly changing to current trends!
Parkway Parade has been one of the oldest Shopping Mall which is located at the Eastern part of Singapore. I missed the Yaohan days. MPH Bookstore and also the big playground during my childhood days. It was quite sad that there is no more Isetan Stores being located at Parkway Parade. I will always head there to do my shopping and also dropby to visit my aunt during my childhood days. My aunt used to work in the Daikin shop which was being located at the basement level. Always loved the nice aroma of Famous Amos cookies whenever l get to bypass the basement level too. Can even smell it when l am walking on the 1st level of the building. Best childhood days of my life. Even right now, I still enjoyed myself venturing Parkway Parade even though new stores haven been taken over.
From July 21st to July 27th, Fortune wigs by Aderans, Japan’s No. 1 wig company, will hold a road-show at Parkway Mall. There will also be free palm reading services on July 24th from 1-6pm. Everyone can come and attend for free.
The renovated Parkway Plaza is worth spending money here
Discover Shangpin Hotpot, a very affordable option
Its desserts are amazing
Makes me want to eat again
A good place to eat, drink, play, have fun, and shop. You can also exchange money on the left side of the door. It is more cost-effective than banks and airports. You can speak English, Mandarin, and multiple languages. It is a department store worth visiting in Singapore.
The first floor of the mall is a restaurant, and the floors above are just like ordinary department stores.
It is a mixed style, with restaurants, clothing, and mass merchandisers all in one place.
There are many restaurant choices and very convenient.
There are many choices of food here, everything is delicious and you won't get bored quickly, suitable for family gatherings. It's the only Malaysian sushi and nasi lemak, the best 👍
A medium-sized shopping mall. There is a large supermarket on the 3rd floor, so it is good for shopping. Toys R Us available. A shopping mall for locals rather than tourists.
Although it has experienced the baptism of time, it still maintains a considerable standard.
The variety of shops is pretty good, including well-known electrical appliances and groceries.
There are also food courts and a variety of restaurants for catering, but it lacks some unique shops. It is an average department store.
