J. P.Purchased a stressless recliner from here. Tsui Lee was very patient in explaining all the details of each line up and was professional in recommending what would suit us the best. Strongly recommend visiting here to try the products yourself!
J. K.Just got our second Stressless Mayfair recliner from here. the showroom for Stressless recliners is at Taka B1. This time it retailed at $4.5k and took 5 months to arrive from Norway. Last time, four years back, it retailed at $3k and was delivered within weeks.
This time, we ordered an S sized instead of M, to fit my 157cm and 45kg female frame. Our first Stressless was an M size to fit 169cm and 59kg male frame.
There was no S size Mayfair on display to try out, only M is available. But based on the measurements we decided to go for it and it fits well!
We also decided to stick with the Paloma leather in light grey as the other leather offered was grainier, less smooth.
We were supported very well by service staff Sri Chia. She knew the products very well and was very patient and helpful with recommendations.
In Dec 2021, we paid up during the Taka member sale and received member discounts and vouchers. Received a text to confirm this order.
On 18 Mar 2022, received a text saying that the recliner had been despatched from Norway. On
On 8 Apr 2022, received a text to arrange delivery. On 12 Apr received the recliner and footstool. Workers unwrapped the plastic wrapping before leaving.
Now, to enjoy it!
