My face getting better and better, after visit few times of facial at here. WENDY is a very friendly therapist that I met. The best is, I always have the basic face wash, she provide free eyebrow shaping or trimming, face massage, shoulder massage for me. I facing Ance issue, a lot of whiteheads, pimples and some blackheads. How frequent? is from 2 weeks - 2 months visit once, depends on my face situation. She always there, while I need her help. Through telling her my skin care habits, she manage to find out the reason make pimples grow rapidly. Due to I never wash my face immediately after remove make up, and drinking milk.😉 Wendy never being hard sell or pushy, she will share their product and promotion to me very politely. Ths is the reason that I trust her and continue choose to visit Freia Aesthetics. Attached my face 1 year before vs current😬😬

My first time at Freia aesthetics and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the fountain of youth facial which was recommended by my assigned therapist, Yuffy. Yuffy was excellent both in product knowledge and delivery. Definitely going back again to try a different facial. Love how my face is all glowy and clean now. .

Got the aquaboost facial done by Yuki. Felt so relaxing that I fell asleep during the process and after the procedure my skin felt refreshed and hydrated. Extraction was relatively painless as well. Would recommend to new customers!

I was attended to by Wendy on the facial, Future Fountain of Youth. She is the best therapist I know. Was her client for years but switched to others when she took a break from SG. Met her recently and managed to get her contact. After my other package, got to use her services again. Her skills is still as good as ever, so happy to have her as my facial therapist again :-)

I visited the raffles city outlet on 18 sep 2023 and was served by Kelly. i did the ultimate hydra 02 facial. it was a pampering experience and i saw an instant glow and improvement to my complexion after the 90 min treatment. to round off the wonderful experience, there is no hard selling at all. this is so hard to find these days.

I visited this outlet for the first time (usually visit the Wisma outlet) and did the Skin Reset Mesotherapy facial today. It was a much needed respite for because of a very intense work schedule with lotsa late nights which is still ongoing. Today's self-care session at Freia did not disappoint. I slept like a baby during the facial and walked out with such a glow that you would never be able to tell that I have been surviving on very little sleep. Thank you once again for the great facial.

Wendy (the therapist that attended to me) was excellent. She was gentle and her technique is exquisite. There was no discomfort throughout the facial and I was at total ease. The staff was very generous in their explanation of the various treatments but there was no pressure tactics or hard sell at all.

My regular place for superb facials. The staff are all professional and gentle. The products used are high quality and there is absolutely no hard selling tactics (this is my largest turn off). The beds and blankets are so incredibly comfy as well. You can choose to park at the side entrance of the basement car park, it leads you directly to Freia.
