She recommended me some products which i may need and i told her i'll go back and consider. I don't really like pushy salesperson and lucky she's not! Came here for the ultralift lash. Moon was very experienced and I really appreciate how she also shared tips on resting my eyes throughout the day. Everyone else was also polite and friendly, so glad that the environment was so comfortable. Will definitely come back again in the future! :)

This is both my first time visited Avone JEM branch, and my first time doing eyebrow embroidery. So I have quite a bit of hesitations and questions.. I was served by Celine, a very senior staff who's been working for the company for 9 years+. She carefully looked at the shape of my face, draw and mix the right color, and meticulously execute it. From the get go, she patiently explained all the different products that they have and which one would suit me best. She's very friendly, helpful and experienced. The best thing is, I don't feel any pressure, NO hard selling! I am very satisfied with the result. No downtime at all, even from day 1! She's very kind to even offer a free facial trial. I ended up signing up for their store credit package which I can use to do my facial with her.

I have been visiting Jem outlet for over a year now, very reliable services from the staff. Great service from Connie for my eyebrow threading today - super friendly and enjoyed our conversations! Explained and recommended other services well but the staff are understanding and do not hard sell (thankfully). Facilities at the new Jem outlet (level 6) was really nice too. Highly recommended!

My beautician, Celyn, is a friendly and nice lady who did facial for me. She assessed my face condition and recommended suitable facial services to tackle my issues. After a few sessions, I could see some improvements. In between the session, she will also always check in with me to ensure the pain is bearable for me, the room is not too cold and etc. Overall, I enjoyed the facial services at @ Jem outlet. 👍

I was served by Celyn (12V brows), Moon (RF) and Jun (facial and massage). The beauticians were very friendly and knowledgeable in the service they provided. I was impressed by how much Jun knows in terms of human body anatomy. She makes a very good masseuse.

Have been taking their facial package for almost a year under specialist Moon Tan. Love the facial service that includes neck, shoulder, and head massage in every session. Moon applies just the right pressure and sessions are enjoyable. Just need to be firm in saying no if you do not want to take up additional add-ons or packages that they might keep offering!
