Anna is a tremendously skilled, supportive and encouraging teacher. Her yoga techniques really helped me cruise through labour. She goes out of the way to prepare your mind and body for a smooth delivery and recovery. I can personally vouch for the effectiveness of her yoga breathing, malasanas, hip openers and squats - they helped me manage my labour pain and pushes so well that I seem to have surprised the nurses and midwives during delivery!! If you are looking to stay fit during pregnancy then I 200% recommend Anna's prenatal classes!

I highly recommend Anna that I had the chance to meet during my pregnancy. I attended prenatal then postnatal yoga classes with her, and she also helped me with pelvic floor and core strengthening, diastasis recti recovery through private rehabilitation sessions. Anna is very knowledgeable, efficient and kind! She makes the atmosphere of the classes very friendly and relaxed. Her positive state of mind and her encouragement give you a lot of motivation to go through the exercises. 💪 Thanks a lot! 🙏
