I had been patronising Healspa for a few months and enjoyed their Bojin therapy by Candy Zhao. Recently I hurt my lower back so badly and could hardly squat down or sit too long. I went to Healspa for my Bojin and Candy was super attentive. She helped me with heat mask for my lower back and told me to return for a few more sessions. 2 days after that, I could squat. I'm so happy. Went back for my next session within 4 days. Now I'm so much better. I could even turn to sleep side ways without any pain from my lower back.
