A. B.Have been with you guys for years and you have some good masseuse. However as time goes, please consider an online booking platform or watsapp for the younger generation so we don’t need to still go through the old fashioned way of calling which is rather inconvenient for today’s standard. Many salons and massage places have started to use Fresha platform which allows customers to book and manage their own booking online. It will greatly improve customer experience overall. And oh yes - the slots of availability seems to be getting less and less. It seems like you do not have enough masseuses. At this rate, I don't know how i can finish utilizing my package with the 2 years limitation and booking via calling is very inconvenient and doesn't allow room for some last minute availability. Great people but it's time to look into upgrading your booking system for today's busy lifestyle, otherwise you are leaving out a big chunk of your future customers who leads a technologically savvy lifestyle.

E. L. C.First time here and had a great experience! Really liked the masseur assigned to me as he’s very attentive and able to advise me what’s my problem. He also will pre-empt me if the pressure point is going to be painful before he proceed. Loved his shoulder and back massage as I really feel much better after that. Price is reasonable and I like that the staff do not do hard-selling. Counter staff was also very nice and service-oriented. Will return again!

J.The masseuses were all very friendly and I was satisfied with their massage techniques, especially the masseur named Ong. His skillful techniques made me think of him whenever I wanted a foot massage.
