All staffs are very friendly, welcoming to make every visit a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Special highlight to my therapists Elaine and Eunice. Elaine is always very caring, attentive to details, professional and skillful. Every visit she will gave honest advice and checking up the progression of the treatment. It’s always a pleasant experience to come back and look for her. Eunice is very professional, knowledgeable and advise the suitable treatment for me. I’m very pleased and satisfied with the excellent service of Eunice, Elaine and their teams.

I liked the experience here with the persons who attended to me (Elaine and Beatrice) and the person who sit me in d room and offered me drinks but I am so sorry I didn’t get her name. I was greeted with a very warm welcome by the first person who attended to me which I didn’t get her name. I was cold she gave me a hot drink and a blanket. Beatrice took her time to really explain and she really try her best in accommodating to your skin type and proceed to Elaine (aesthetician). Her extraction for me was the most painless experience I have ever had. After I was done Beatrice took her time to explain and work on a plan with me for what I really need (in terms of skin). Beatrice took her time to hear me out and help me work within my means and what I am comfortable with.

I never regretted not signing up for their hair removal treatment at Mirage Aesthetic. At first I was kind of hesitating whether to do it. Never thought myself of doing the hair removal treatment. But after seeing the results of my girlfriend doing their treaments such as Hair removal (Armpit etc) and face treatment + back treatment. The results was quite shocking as we tried many ways to resolve her conditions. As for me (Guy), I have basically hairless armpits for months. But definitely need to complete a few cycle to make the hairless treatment permanent.

Excellent service recovery from Therapist Janet and Customer Relations Mgr Hazel. Janet is a wonderful therapist you can trust to treat you well. She is sincere and meticulous in her treatment. Hazel is warm-hearted and the lovely face who greets you when you enter the store. Had a bad first experience with another therapist who was rough, but Janet made it worthwhile for me to pen this down on my second visit, my 5-stars go to her 🌟 Will be requesting for her again on my next visit!

Did the trial for the LED whitening for teeth. Obviously they preferred to up-sell you ; instead of the trial which is $138 , they want to sell you an advance package which is 4 digit pricing instead , the “basic trial” one. A lot of waiting time in their “waiting room” as they really hope there’s no pressure but time given for you to think again if you would take up package or buy more services. But all in all - service top notch and they kept their promise of no hard sell. 3 stars because , I didn’t do my homework enough , I didn’t know it’s an aesthetic shop instead of a professional dental place. So my teeth / result - exactly the same , even the next day.

Did my fat freezing at mirage and honestly I saw such great difference in just one session!!! My thigh fat was significantly reduced. I did my outer thigh 3 sessions and it really helped to give my legs better shaping! So glad that this can help me burn away stubborn fats that even gym can’t target. Highly recommend to do fat freezing here!

My therapist, Hela, who also did my second session, is not only kind but also has a gentle touch. It’s evident she’s truly passionate about her work. I felt much more relaxed compared to previous therapists who sometimes rushed through the facial. If given the chance, I would request Hela for every visit. Saw the IG promotion for a trial of 68$ for 1+1 BB glow facial. Didnt hesitate to just request for an appointment as i’ve seen many celebrities going there for their treatment. Was served by Beatrice to tell me more about their services. Vive was my beautician for my treatment. It was so good i fell asleep. (Seems like every facial also i fall asleep, LOL). All was good, took up a package for 10 sessions with them, and took advantage of the 6 months instalments with Atome. Looking forward to more glowing skin.

First time going for the SHR hair removal service, wanted to try the FB promo that cost $180 for 10 sessions. In the end upgrade to other packages. The customer service tried explaining and got the therapist to demo the differences between the 2 SHR hair removal that was available. Did spend way beyond what I though I would, clear explanation was given. Hopefully, the SHR will turn out with good visible results.

I have sensitive teeth and gums so I’ve always been skeptical about doing whitening treatment but their LED whitening was really good and did not harm my teeth or gums! However at Mirage Aesthetic, i was pleasantly surprised that they provide me with what Ive signed up for and give me further insight and knowledge about other treatments they have (however, please note that theres no hardselling or anything). The Ice Plus hair removal treatment is effective! Even though it was just the first treatment, I could see the results. Two weeks post-treatment, most of the underarm hair would fall off by itself! I did my second treatment three weeks ago on 9 Aug 2020. The hair took longer to grow out (about 2 weeks; it would usually grow out the next day), is thinner, and shorter. This means less shaving, less skin irritation and less hair roots present since they fall off easily. I hope that by the 12th treatment, most of the hair roots will be gone and stop growing.
