First time I tried the foot reflexology and it was very relaxing, beautiful place as well. Second time we tried the couples 60min full body massage and you could sense the lack of technique from the very first minutes. The therapists were both very sweet but didn’t have the required expertise unfortunately 🥲

Favourite place to go for body and foot massage. Generally, they have good standard regardless of the masseuse assigned to, although I have my own go-to person 😉 Pricey for sure, but I'm sure we would rather have a good massage than wasting time on a cheap session that do nothing to relieve the pain/soreness.

Natureland is one of my favourite massage centres. The front desk staff are courteous, their masseurs are skilled and professional. Place is clean and they have very comfortable ambience. Best part is to finish your massage with their (kinda self-service-Free-flow) ginger tea. Natureland conducts good business etiquette and no hard selling. Thumbs up!

Gary was my masseuse, I told him I sprained my neck, he spent effort to fix it and make sure I was alright before I left. Very good customer service. Price - decent for such location Ambiance - great Staff - great Massage - great - Gary was my guy. My husband went back two days later, and Gary help fixed his lower back. Cleanliness- great

Just enjoyed a very revitalising massage by the masseur who goes by the moniker ‘Disney’. I looked him up online and was hardly surprised that he’s a certified sports massage therapist. He managed to relieve the tension and undo knots over my entire back. I’m immensely grateful for a job well done. Will definitely request for his services again during my next visit.

I enjoyed having a foot massage kind of like reflexology rather than the actual pressing. Natureland masseuse is quite skillful in this area, it reminds me of having a foot massage in Thailand. The ambience is very relaxing and always check in if the strength is good. Highly recommend this place, just book my next appt.

Walk in and went for for a 60-min body massage. It was an overall comfortable and non hard-selling experience. Told the therapist (Amber) to focus on my shoulder and she did a good job. Massage was done in a private room (room was clean) and relaxing. The only downside is the sticky feeling all over the body after the massage (as it’s oil massage) and I wished I did the massage at the end of the day.

Good opening hours past 1am. Not a spa experience, more of massage and go kind of concept, straight forward. Masseuse are generally quite skillful here, the good ones work here. If you found someone you like you can request for them in advance, otherwise be prepared for some hits and misses at times. This is one of the largest chain of reflexology in Singapore at the moment. Good for a fuss free quick fix of the knots and aches. Massage style may vary a bit. Been visiting for more the 7 years so far. Frequently of visit had been inconsistent so far. Full body massage for 1 hour is approx $65~ Leg massage for 1 hour is approx $50~ Leg and back massage is approx $60~ They also offer other service which are all clean and professionally done.

We have tried both full body and 5-in-1 massages before, and it's easy to tell who is skilled and who isn't. Orchard Point consistently delivers great massages over the years, while Liat Tower's quality has declined despite multiple chances. Today, Harry and Ah Cheng provided us with excellent massages and knew how to relieve the tight spots. We left feeling extremely relaxed😌 Additionally, the ginger tea at this outlet was made perfectly and with the right consistency, unlike Liat's which is often diluted. Went yesterday with a friend for foot spa. The ambience is so relaxing once we entered. Had to pay first, was definitely okay with that with a bit of skepticism as I’ve not been here before. But once you’re done with the session, you can just leave. (No hard selling at all!👍🏻) Fender (hope I got the name right) was my masseur. He was soft-spoken, friendly and did an amazing job! Will definitely be returning again!

made appt via whatsapp for a 1h foot and back massage. they replied to confirm within few minutes. the ambience is so relaxing with dim lights and ginger smell. the lounge chair is so big and comfy. the masseur was fantastic! i love my massages hard and he definitely was able to apply firm pressure! finished off the experience with a delicious and hot ginger tea. they also provide bottled mineral water. definitely will be back again soon.

The price is very reasonable as it is in Orchard road. The atmosphere is good. I tried only foot massage and the two different masseuse that served me on different days were both good. The standard is pretty high. My friends who went for full body massage are full of praise for the masseuse. And the best thing is that we can massage as a group without prior booking on Friday night as there are quite a number of masseuses working.

Went to this place with very high expectations. The ambiance of the place is super good. The rooms are clean and place smell very refreshing. But the massage was not so good, it was very mediocre experience, as if the therapist just want to finish the time given. On the way out nobody bother to check on the feedback, i guess they are happy with existing clients and dont bother about new ones. At the end was bit disappointed with the quality of service. Ohh their ginger team is very nice.

Great place to go for a proper Massage. For Tui Na I would recommend Milan as your masseuse as she gave the most effective Tui Na ever so far. But soreness warning 🤣, if you can't take the soreness better don't go for the Tui Na, cz the main purpose of this is to remove ALL your muscle tightness.

Love it, my usuall go-to brand for massages. The branch I usually frequent is at Liat Towers but it wS fully booked so we came to the Orchart Point outlet instead. Love that their service is always great and consistent throughout all branches. Recommend!

This was my first experience at Natureland - I have heard good things so I was looking forward to the massage. I booked a pre-natal massage and was welcomed upon check-in. The ambiance was clean and quiet. However, my massage itself was somewhat disappointing and mediocre at best. I think the masseuse spent the most time on one half of my body so the other half was rushed (and body parts left out). Also, she seemed to finish early ahead of schedule ( I noticed the full hour I paid for had not quite been completed when I looked at the clock). It also seemed like she was a bit rushed and just wanted to finish quickly. When leaving, no one at the front desk acknowledged me or say good-bye. I was also not offered tea or water (which I assumed was standard practice, especially at a place as nice as Natureland). Overall, mediocre experience.

Always a nice place to get a massage. Came here for a 30 min foot reflexology withmy partner. Masseuse is skillful but i think got frustrated when i couldnt relax or i helped to roll up my pants. A good experience overall

Went for 1h body therapy massage by Yumi at Orchard Point. The start was gentle. Abt 10-15mins later, she asked for the second time whether pressure was ok. When I requested harder, she readilly went all out with her elbows on my back. It was so so good that I felt like extending the hour..! Dont mind dropping another visit.
