For the third time we came back here! Gosh - I couldn’t find the words to describe this therapist named - NEW - yes her name is NEW. She’s the best therapist that I I ever met! I’ve been to Batam, Johor, and so many massage places in Singapore. But for this NEW , God I like her! She super super!!!! Highly highly recommended this therapist. Thank you. Came back again here for a massage with New, I’m from Indonesia - Batam. There’s thousand massage place in Batam but New is the best therapist I ever met!!! She’s extremely good at massage 💆‍♀️. Highly highly recommend her!!!

Given the price is a little premium , the service does not disappoint. Although the rooms is a little tight fit , it will accommodate you. Sometimes the front desk gets a little crowded as only one lady is doing all the transactions. May have a 5 mins wait before you get process . Overall good ambience and massage is great.

Decent chain of massage/spa. Pretty consistent in terms of service and massage standards throughout branches. Not the cheapest but still affordable. Very popular on weekends/public holidays, essentially no slots if you walk in. Only branch in the east side.

Besides the fact that the receptionists like to speed at lightning speed, this is a great place for massage. Have been here multiple times for 5 in 1 body therapy as well as tui na. Definitely recommend for those who lives nearby.

Competitively priced. Masseur gave a good body massage. They are able to target specific places if you need it. No extras or Anything. Definitely a recommended place

I went for a 60-min foot massage to help reduce water retention. The manager however forgot to inform a vital information to the massuer - that I was pregnant! Other than that, the massuer was great - pressure was good, observant enough to clarify on whether I was pregnant (within 5 mins into the session) and change the technique accordingly. Overall massage was great and definitely reduced the water retention.

Masseuse are very skilled. Like it that they bother to ask u have long day .. whcih part want her to focus and they really to bother to focus. I find that diff person massage differently. But so far the experience is good... I get what i want. The masseuse are chatty... But reasonable ... Not to the point of irritating. What i also like is that u can watsapp book. The reply is always very fast.. withing 15 min . Pity yhat they close at 1030... But its ok

Good experience really depends on the masseurs you had. Twice I had the same masseur and tge experience was okay. Once I had another who was really not very focused hence I didn't enjoy it. The place is small and comfortable.

The masseurs here are skilled and knowledgeable, did the Tui Na twice and it really helped get the knots out of my body! A little pricey but I'd say it's worth it.
