Quick relaxation.. I’d like to commend the friendly and smooth communication by Geetha while reserving the massage booking. She was friendly and well versed with their products and services. My massage therapist Vilma was efficient and very friendly too. The spa was very clean. Overall a good experience. Quite a value for money as they’re having the promotion. Thank you once again.

*90 Mins* of *Abhyanga* _Full Body Massage with Warm Herbal Oil_ + *Kati Vasti* _Back Pain Management_ + *Podikizhi* _Hot Herbal Compress_ with an Indian Female Therapist, Yoge My 2nd visit and I had a great session with Yoge. She was patient and knowledgeable as she understood about my concerns before and during the process. Without disturbing my rest, she will probed about the pressure of the massage and my comfort level periodically. My stiff muscles on the back, shoulder and legs relaxed significantly post the session. Hearing that I’ve experienced pain in my knees, Yoge shared with me on some movements which I could do in my day to day. Will revisit!

Really soothing & relaxing experience. Not a big fan of male therapists but Latesh from Kerala India changed my perception completely. Think of a point that needs attention and he’s got it covered without you letting him know. Right amount of pressure and very skilful. I highly recommend him if you choose to be at Nuffield.

I had such a pleasant experience when I came by for a Swedish Massage with Nuffield Wellness today. Every single service staff I encountered at the counter were extremely conscientious and friendly. This is something I truly appreciate having worked in hospitality in the past. My masseuse Sally was extremely sweet and careful, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable throughout my session. The fact that they had amenities for you to shower in the exact same room right after your massage was so helpful to have too. I honestly have never felt like I would wish to visit any spas after my service with them but Nuffield Wellness has definitely hit the mark for that. I’ll definitely love to explore the other services they provide with breathwork, sound healing and Ayurvedic massages. What a dream to have holistic wellness offerings all in one space, a yoga teacher’s dream.
