Not like other place which very hard sell, they don't have at all. Their priority is for us to relax and get the best from the treatment. I managed to closed my DR after month.

M.I was 4 months postpartum when i visited Orchard Clinic.
My consultant Filzah did a very good explanation & i was pretty sold to join them in getting my DR treatment done. My DR gap was measured at 3.5cm on day 1. Though the price is a little on the high side, i did not regret it as i could see extremely great results! By the 7th session, the DR gap went to 2cm! Every session was an enjoyable one as well everyone there is very nice to talk to too! Highly recommended!
V. H.Ms Nat was an acquaintance so I naturally gravitated towards her doing an assessment for me. I trust her and was comfortable with her. She communicated really clearly and assured me whenever there seemed to be an above average reading. She also said explained the process of recovery without me feeling the pressure to purchase anything. Ms Nat did not downplay my concerns but was reassuring. Highly appreciated and recommend.

From the very first time I met her till now, she has made me feel comfortable during the sessions by checking in on me and answering all the questions I have. She carries out the treatments with much care and precision to ensure that I am comfortable throughout the time.
Along the way, I have also experienced improvements in my DR, my pelvic floor strengthening and no more backaches! She continues to give me advice on how I can further strengthen my core and pelvic floor.

First time coming in i was having a backache all the time, skin laxity and my DR was like 3.5
After a few session the backache slowly gone and my DR is closing, the skin is alo improving.
The staff is super friendly and kind.

C. T.For more than 10 years, I was troubled by my tummy. My gynae back then did not mention that I had DR, until I chanced upon an advertisement poster from Orchard Clinic early this year. The women only clinic makes me feel ease when I went for my first consultation. Filzah patiently explained to me on my situation and the recommended treatment. After 4 months, my DR has closed from 4.4cm to 1cm. I am very pleased with the result, money well worth. :)

Not forgetting the floor work instructors (Yihui and Stephanie) too, I enjoyed your classes very much. Under your guidance, my core muscles have definitely strengthened a lot. C. L.Just completed 6 months of therapy with my lovely therapist, Vanessa.
Vanessa has been very professional from our very first consultation. Her recommended package and treatment types have worked to close my diastasis recti gap.
In the beginning I was unsure if my DR could be fixed. Because I was carrying multiples, my DR was so bad my intestines came out. I was horrified and in a lot of pain. I wanted to close my DR more for function than asthetic reasons. 1 month (4 sessions) in I already saw a difference and month by month it steadily got better. I also have severe skin laxity issue and Vanessa was upfront with me from the get go that it would not completely be resolved due to the severity, and this helped me to manage my expectations.
Overall I feel like my post-partum journey has been improved this time round (compared to my first birth) because I have done the treatments.

M. R.Completed my sessions and I am a happy girl now. My DR started from 4cm and ended at 1.5cm (had this issue for 6 yrs and still treatable). Filzah was the consultant who convinced me to get started and I’m glad I did! She’s not pushy and was warm and friendly. I had no clue that I had severe DR only until my 2nd childbirth, where I still looked 6, 7 months after the baby came out. I tried to ignore it but it's too much, it took away my confidence. I tried post preg massages, or fat freezing, but none work.
I found out about Orchard Clinic on my way to work one morning and decided to give it a try. My DR reduced, tummy soften and downing, watching my diet, keeping an active 30mins daily. My tummy may not be entirely flatten but I can work with it, but worth it.
The time I spent with the Orchard Clinic team at Orchard outlet was comfortable. It became my go-to time to rest and relax after all that exhaustion from caring for the family.
Thank you once again. If my DR ever goes wild once more after my 3rd or 4th, I'll be back.

when I was trying to look for non-invasive ways to correct my DR after 2 pregnancies. I am petite and having a DR makes me still look pregnant and have backaches. My experienced consultant, Filzah, has been ever so helpful in explaining about the treatments and patient each time during the treatment sessions. My DR successfully healed from 4.7cm to 1.5cm after the treatments! Though expensive, I am really pleased with the end result and my experience here. The process of sending enquiry to my first consultation was super fuss free. I had my first assessment done by Cheryl and Clarissa. They were very helpful and professional. There were no discomfort during the assessment. They also clearly explained my conditions to me and the solutions that are available to help me. I asked many questions and Clarrisa was very patient in answering all my doubts.
Subsequently my treatments were done by Grace. I love the way she treats the customers, always with care and patience. She remembers the small details that will make the treatment process more comfortable.
She cares for her every customer and I think it is something I appreciate very much.
