I've been with Skinlab for prob more than 3 years and Annie has been my beautician. I have always had great experiences with her. She is very meticulous, highly skilled and very attentive to all her clients. She has great customer service too! One of the best therapist I have experienced with is Yubi. With my skin concerns like sensitive, clogged pores, Yubi really gives time and expertise on how to help me to have a clearer and better skin condition. Her standard in doing extraction is exceptional. I have experienced facial treatments with multiple therapist and Yubi ‘s standard of facial treatment is just the best. I would rather not do my facial treatment if Yubi is not doing it. You will really feel satisfied with her facial treatment from extraction to massage. Only Yubi touches my skin😍

I tried a hydration facial under the opening promotion a while back and even continued with a package later on. The results were pretty good, and I totally recommend it. Though it’s a little pricy, they make use of the latest technology with lots of machine. If you find the price suitable, do check them out! And Yen was also very helpful in assessing my skin condition and advising me on care afterwards.

Dr Eva is an accommodating and patient doctor who gives thorough explanations to any of your concerns or queries. I've been consulting her for about 3 months now and am very pleased with her professionalism. I've also been doing facial treatments with Yujemx who has a very pleasant disposition. My skin has had an improvement with less breakouts and a smoother complexion ever since I coupled my laser treatments with the facial procedures. I had my first facial at Skinlab Junction 8 branch. I was attended my Yen. A lovely and attentive lady. After assessment, I was advised to do a peeling facial. Given a head massage, followed by the peeling, extractions, a cooling mask and a good shoulder massage. The peeling was gentle and my skin was apparently brighter after the session. I am thankful to Yen for trying to make the extraction process as comfortable as possible. Overall, it was a good experience today and I look forward to my next facial session with SkinLab.

My aestheticians May and Christine are skilled, caring, and cheerful, and often offer me skincare advice. They do share about their packages but do not do hard-selling. Do consider them if you're looking for an established facial service.

Had facial here for more than a year and the experience is always great! Annie takes very good care of my skin and would recommend the facial treatment based on my needs. Highly recommend!

Today is the first time I was serviced by Annie at the J8 outlet. I liked that she explains the differences in the treatments and did not push for extra “trials” right at the beginning. Instead she took time to listen and then recommended a product that was more suitable for my habits. I appreciate not feeling like I was pushed to purchase something every single visit. Today is my first time doing facial so I opt for the intense care facial which makes my face feel very clean after the whole session. The facial specialist who help me for my facial was Pamm Yee. She go the extra mile to tell me what I am supposed to do since it’s the first time I do facial. Moreover she was very patient and gentle to my skin and tell me that it will be painful for some steps. I appreciate this reminder as I would not be shock if the pain comes. She managed to skillfully clear out a persistent pimple that I've had for a few weeks, where two previous beauticians have failed. The face and shoulder massage were also one of the longest and most comfortable I've experienced, compared to many other places. The environment of the shop is professional. Did a Aloe Vera facial today at SkinLab with Yen as my beautician and it was really enjoyable. The facial massage was relaxing and the extraction was not painful at all. She is knowledgeable and skillful in her craft. She will always analyse my current skin condition and recommends suitable facial treatment.
