Love the overall relaxed ambience and nice service. My facial therapist is Lily and she's personable & professional in her job. I especially like Lily's strong massages on the head, neck and upper shoulder areas. The staff at the front counter are always friendly and patient too. I have been enjoying their services for probably at least 5 years now and it's still a good place to be rejuvenated from life's stresses. :)

I have been a customer with spa-esprit for more than 10 years and Betty is my favourite massage therapist. Betty is very skilful and is my number one choice therapist at Great World branch. The staff at Great World are also very friendly and helpful :)

This is my favourite place to unwind and relax, whether it's a massage or facial. The staff are experienced and it's a lovely atmosphere. The essential oils are good quality. I had recently had a facial and Lily was my therapist. I felt fresh and so much better afterward. The products used for my face are super good and this is quite important to me as I will will not go just anywhere for a facial and need to know the products being put on my face are good. Thank you!

If you want a great facial, look for Lily! I love that she tells me more about my skin’s condition, how to look after it, and makes the entire facial process super relaxing. Her head and shoulder massages are the best. You’ll leave glowing and feeling great :)

I had really bad acne a few years ago, but after doing facials with Lily for the past couple of years, my face has cleaned up wonderfully. Her neck and head massage are also really shiok, and I always manage to doze off. I also get full body massages here, from Betty, my favourite massage therapist who's really friendly with a firm touch. I also somehow manage to doze off during massages, because my body is just that relaxed. I've known Lily and Betty since their Qi Mantra days, before it was brought under the Spa Esprit brand, and I'm happy to say their service has always been top notch. The front desk ladies, Flora and Hazel are really friendly too, and somehow can always find a package that fits my budget. Very pleased, and I'll certainly continue with them for years to come.

Excellent massage by Suriah. Sometimes you feel more achy after the massage because the masseuse applied too much strength. But never with Suriah. My stiff shoulders and neck always feel good after my session with her. Highly recommended!

Every time I go for a massage here I really enjoy it and feel super refreshed after! The facials are also very relaxing and thorough. Staff are always friendly, they usually try to sell you something but it’s never too aggressive like some other places

I take the best naps during my facial sessions with Lily! She is thorough yet gentle and gives the best head and shoulder massages. I always leave the place feeling rested and rejuvenated which is the absolute best kind of feeling. Highly recommended!

The beautician, Lily, is very skillful & thorough in pricking every single dirt that clogged my pores. She will also recommend suitable facial treatments according to my skin condition. My face feel super clean, refresh & bright after every session. Her shoulder massage is also tip top, compatible to a professional masseur. Hazel & Flora are always very friendly & helpful. A super plus point is NO hard selling. They will notify any on-going promotions but they dont "push" the customers like alot of other salons, thus turning a supposedly R&R session very stressful. Not forgetting the nice, clean & relaxing ambience.

Update September 2023: still amazing massage by Suriah :) Update July 2022: Suriah is an excellent masseuse too! She eased my knots as much as she could without causing me too much discomfort. Thank you for the wonderful sessions; I will return for more! 2021: Thanks for the excellent massage by Moby. If you are looking for a masseuse with gentle and controlled strength, and afraid of pain, but will yet relieve you muscle aches, do request for Moby. :) My first visit there was pretty painful as they assigned me a different masseuse. The customer service counter handled my concerns very well, and booked a session with Moby for me. Since then, I’ve been having a good time there 😇

I had a lovely spa experience on December 29, 2021 when Suria gave me a fantastic massage . She was so patient when it came to me selecting a scent , plus ultra friendly and was a bonus to have her extremely skilled hands on my back for the really great massage ! If ever I return or sign on a package ( I just renewed a package for another year elsewhere , visited Spa Espirit this time to enjoy a birthday voucher ) , it will be due to Suria’s expertise .
