Dr Mark has been go-to person ever since I started my potenza and picosure pro for acne scar treatment. He kept me assured and does not over promise, which I find is very important to patients like myself. Very patient and gentle as always. Not forgetting the clinic assistants (there were quite a few who attended me; Hui Jun, Janice...just to name a few) who are equally professional.

Came back for my 2nd session and had the pleasure of being assisted by Dr Mark and Adeline. Dr Mark was really patient with my endless enquiries as I was worried regarding some aspects of the treatments, specifically the long term consumption of Finastride, however Dr Mark welcomed all my enquiries during the administering of the treatment. That definitely made for a pleasant experience. Staff assistant Adeline was friendly and I liked that made she made her best efforts to reassure me on the efficacies of the treatment by sharing past cases. I had also troubled her to take pictures of my present to compare with the past which she kindly did. Overall a really good experience with the clinic.

It was a wonderful transformation journey with Dr Isaac, he was very professional and patient, thus I felt very assured. I like the enhancement works, natural beautifying my features, not looking different but he’s able to enhance my appearance. My under eye was sunken over the years, which made me look tired. I did Redensity 2 which lifted it up instantly, it was a very fast treatment as well. I did Silhouette Soft Threadlift, which helps to create a Natural V Shape. As my face is wider and bigger on the lower face, it helped to lift the sides of my face looking slimmer and sharper. I also did botox to make my jaw muscle smaller. The whole process and plans was customised to the ideal shape of my face. I was truly very satisfied with the whole procedure as it was a very assuring session and most importantly Im very satisfied with the results.
