The store is having 40% off after the marked down prices. Very worth to buy . The downside is no exchange and no refund after the goods is sold to you. So please check your goods before you pay.

Many many products at affordable prices. But this place can be overwhelming. When I went, they blocked off the aisles and brought everything out into bins marked by price. For shoes it was great because you can see all the products in one place. But for shirts, you had to pull them from a bin to find your size and what you like. And there is not much room around those bins to do so.

Penny‘s service was very good, and the payment was completed in less than 5 minutes. I like this kind of fast service staff. I hope to see Penny at the counter next time I go.

I went to adidas yesterday and the staffs there are very very nice especially Raisah! She greeted us and offered the shopping bag and she was really patient with my requests despite the crowd!! Also, she is a very polite person and always smiling whenever I ask questions!! I really love the sales that was happening yesterday!! I would said the services was really good !! I would comeback to this outlet in the future!!

The outlet is well organised and the staffs are friendly and helpful especially Natasha. She was very helpful as I was having a hard time choosing which sport shoes to get. Natasha also answered to all of my questions promptly. She provided very good service and will come again in the future!

Came to the Adidas outlet @ IMM looking to buy a new pair of shoes. The staff who assisted me, Chee Woon, was really friendly, patient and helpful. When the shoe size I was looking for wasn't available in the outlet, he went the extra mile to go to the warehouse to search for the preferred size and brought it back. I am happy with my purchase and would like to give special thanks to Chee Woon for his outstanding service.

Update: Adidas outlet is renovated in April 2023 This outlet got the strongest team from what i seen among all Adidas outlets and retails in SG - limited manpower and still can get plenty of things done. It may look a messy in the evening or peak period, but that's because people will take the shoes to try, after trying will anyhow put/throw around if dislike. However shoes needed still can be easily found, staffs are friendly to assist even if sizes are not available on shelf or need product details.

Lots of discounts when I visited. On top of its regular 20-25% on its apparels, they offered 30% storewide. I got a full set of jersey at about $80. It's an outlet store, so do not expect new arrivals to be on sale. Worth the travel!

Had a good experience shopping at adidas imm even more satisfied when one of the employees haziq went out of the way the help me carry all my items to the back of the cashier to reserve it for me when i continued shopping.This really shows someone who is passionate about his jobs

Never knew I’ll be posting a review on customer service in SG but I had an AMAZING time shopping at IMM ADIDAS. JOLYNN assisted me from getting the right size for 4 pair of on-trend track pants, finding skate boarding shoes and advising on sizes for half a dozen pair of shoes - alas sizes were limited and I could only get one pair. Friendly, knowledgeable and a real passion for the Adidas brand - that’s how I will describe JOLYNN. it also helps that the outlet is big and a good variety of goods when I visited. A pity on the limited shoe sizes and the (very) uncomfortable skateboarding shoes. Adidas - you can do better! Will definitely come back to shop again .. this time with my family for more trendy gear.

A big outlet store which isn't usually crowded. Pretty hard to find this store as well. There are plenty of discounts on shoes and other apparel. They also sell football jerseys of Chelsea, Real Madrid and Manchester United.However, this store does not sell many popular items such as the alpha bounce series. Also, there are no bags or gym sacks on sale here.

Crowds, crowds, and more crowds at IMM despite it being office hours. Most were walkers and lookers instead of shoppers. Not surprised if we get a second wave of COVID-19 soon. Can't even make my purchases without getting stuck although I had planned everything to buy before going out.

This outlet in IMM mall is one of those very few big adidas stores in singapore. It has discount on all shoes and there is extra discount when buying multiple products. Their staff is very very helpful and patient with customers. If you are looking for good adidas shoes and not particular about buying latest collection then this is the best place to come.
