ARIF, one of the staffs from Decathlon Orchard, has been such an incredibly person and attentive staff helping me adjust the speeds of my bike and installing new accessories too. Also he helped me choosing the best accessories for the bike. Extremely nice, attentive and professional guy!!! 100% recommended!!

2 floors of outdoor and lifestyle equipments for you to select from. Customer service is decent but I feel they do not have enough staff on ground to serve you at some areas too; took me awhile to identify one staff but in the end she is not equipped with the right knowledge on the product to support me. That said, it’s one of Decathlon’s flagship stall in Singapore, alongside Eunos, Kallang, etc. and does house a very healthy range of items if you are looking for anything outdoor, sports, lifestyle.

I was super impressed by friendly and passionate staff, Richard Koh. I visited Decathlon to look for exercise tools to work out whenever I travel for work. I am lack of knowledge of all these gym gears but Richard approached me without hesitation and showed how to use each gears that I was interested and taught me so many different types of work out. Thanks to Richard, I could be able to find the perfect tools and gained knowledge as well. I wish Richard's hard work and passionate would be appreciated by the company. Thank you so much Richard.

Staff Trevor was very professional in giving us tips for our children who just started their scooter journey. He tested the Mid 500 while she tested the Mid 5. He provided a lot of useful information and explained all the models.

Wanted to look for some stretching equipment but not sure what is good. I was very lucky to be served by Richard. He is very friendly and even remembers me as I had to go off for an appointment and told him I will be back. After my appointment, I went back and immediately he saw me and attended to me. He is very passionate and knowledgeable and he patiently showed me a few stretching exercises and explained to me the benefits of using the training band. He even explained that to begin with lower resistance and then slowly increase. Richard is very friendly and passionate in his work. Thumbs up!

Decathlon in general has won me over with their good quality products at lower cost than almost any other place you can find in Singapore. They offer almost any sports item I can think of. So when I found this outlet in town, I was elated. It is a pretty large outlet with many items at discount prices. There many options for what you would like to purchase. The popularity of this outlet has been growing over time with many people coming to buy their stuff especially on weekends. So far, I’ve never been let down.

Incredibly helpful team of staff. Was looking for a pink helmet for my 2 year old. One of the retail staff, Viki, assisted us in finding the right helmet size for our kid, but realized the item we wanted was sold out online and wasn’t at the display. Halfway through helping us process an online order, they told us that there might be one stock left at the second floor. Viki went up to look for it and returned with it. Big outlet with a large selection of sportswear, shoes and accessories for just about any outdoor activity. During my visit, I was assisted by Zikry who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained to me the differences between various models of hiking shoes, and the pros and cons of each. He then recommended a suitable pair of shoes for my next hiking trip. It was a pleasant experience!
