I have been coming to divebox for years since i first started diving, and have bought everything from regulator, fins, mask, to even small items and accessories. I’ve been a customer since before the appointment system. I fully appreciate the appointment system that divebox has now which ensures that Yihao has the dedicated time to serve me as a customer, have my items prepared and set up to fit me. Yihao really spends the time to explain, answer my questions and share his knowledge and really gives personalized service. When you are spending thousands of $$$ buying gear, this is exactly the service you would expect, like going into Dior Atelier or Hermes. You would get 1-on-1 service with the appointment system.

The owner, Yihao, is very knowledgeable about recreational + technical diving (as well as GUE) and is super helpful in advising you about gear set up. His products are also superb value for money. As a GUE diver, Divebox is one of my primary go-to places for my dive equipment!

DiveBox is my go to place for all scuba diving related gear, and gear advice from the owner. I firmly believe that all dive shop employees must be experienced divers, and Yang is one of the best in the business! His prices are always clearly marked, and lower than what's available from other stores in Singapore. But, more importantly, his advice and after-sales service are second to none. I did read this review from Kelvin, and I wholeheartedly disagree. I'm not sure why you were looking to purchase and mask and snorkel, but for us scuba divers, our masks is considered life support equipment, as if I can't see, I can't function. So, we tend to invest a lot more than 35 bucks for a mask, let alone for a mask+snorkel+corrective lenses. So, if you were purchasing a mask for purposes other than scuba diving, then you should've done your research before you bought a professional scuba diving mask. And, if you are a scuba diver and were budgeting 35 bucks for a piece of life support equipment, well, then, good luck to you, I will pray for you. As a diving professional, I don't look anywhere else but DiveBox.

don't judge the space in the shop but the amazing experience you can have in the shop. the owner was super patient and awesome to each of the customers that we were visiting the shop that day. Always using the knowledge and experience he has to recommend equipment to everyone to cater to their need. I had a good time at the shop. Thank you so much

It was my first time ordering from Dive Box so I was a little nervous, but a friend recommended it so I thought it should be safe. Not only is Dive Box safe to order dive gear from, the owner Yihao replied to my queries really quickly and he went above and beyond for my request (which was to include a message since it was a birthday present). He even threw in an extra gift! And guess what - my friend received her parcel on the day I ordered! If only all e-commerce transactions were like this one, the world would be a better place (haha!). Thank you so much, Yihao! (Also, I did some research prior to making the purchase, and Dive Box offered the cheapest pricing. Just for reference, I bought the Gull Cocoloa Coco Mask.)

This is a small hidden shop in the carpark. Friendly owner, and quick sale of prescription masks, customised to Asian faces. I got a mask with prescription lens (450 degrees) within just minutes of entering the store. The store also sells BCDs, wetsuits diving accessories like reels, regulators and anti fog solutions.

One of best price in Singapore. Item shipped out immediately next day after payment. Courier service messed up the parcel. Divebox Customer support called and handle the issue professionally.

Yi Hao was very knowledgeable in selling diving equipment and will give very good advice on which suitable equipment to get based on the diver experience! I highly recommend dive box a place to get your diving gears! 😀😀😃

Great small dive equipment shop at great price! Give unbiased advice on equipment and does not hard sell. Crowded on sat. Warning..... control your temptation upon entering the shop.

this is THE place for dive gear shopping. Yang is very kind and he aint just selling, he gave advices for the product you want to buy, which one is better, etc. their website is also very transparent, prices are available. I've been shopping here for over 3 years, everytime I go to Singapore!
