I went for an insole customisation session with Dr Leong, where he did a series of tests to analyse my stance and gait, before customising a pair of Formthotics insoles for me. Throughout the session, Dr Leong explained the process and how the insoles will help to align my joints so as to prevent early deterioration. I've worn the insoles for more than two months now and I esp. appreciate the cushioning in the heel area.
